I believed I was purchasing this from Best Buy and could return it if dissatisfied. However, I discovered it was sold by a third party. Best Buy disclaims responsibility and shows no concern if issues occur, despite listing it on their website as part of their store. I also thought it was included in my Best Buy membership. Creatality only offers a 14-day return window, and I was unaware it was sold by a third party. Their customer service is unacceptable; they outright refuse to accept the return, leaving me with a non-functioning printer. the customers for Best Buy and Creality are poor; they only used the spark i7 printers for two weeks, and 3 out of 5 prints don't come out correctly.

This is a great little printer. Works out of the box. Creality Cloud app needs work, but thats not the printers fault. It does what it is told and odes it well!

very good printer for starting out, prints have all come out great no problems. Creality has great support and online material.

Love now that i can do multi color print can wait to come up with my own

I went with this because I did not like the security concerns with some other brands. Creality software and this machine in general is a pile of hot trash. Complete waste of money.
