First one bought online had to be returned as it arrived damaged. Replacement has been fine. As others have mentioned the K-Cup side does splash a bit, but using a tall mug or holding the cup closer to the spout seems to help. This is replacing an older Cuisinart coffee maker and a seperate K-cup machine. Nice having the additional space on the counter. The regular coffee side works just as good as the older one and it can be a bit difficult to add water to it. As for water dripping on the back of the machine, the old one did the same thing and I am used to it. It's not perfect but it works and looks good at the same time. I don't think its worth 200 dollars but if you can get it on sale and live with the quirks is a decent machine.

I've had this coffee maker for about 2 months. Thus far, it has been very reliable, makes good coffee, and is versatile enough for weekday and weekend use - ie; the dual format coffee option works well with my early wake-up and my wife and teenagers' sleep-in schedule. Just make sure you line up the Keurig insert properly so it doesn't make a mess in your kitchen - operator error from a barely awake teen, for sure!!!

I have owned several cuisinart coffee mwkers and they are the best I have ever used: features and brew quality and all have outlasted every other brand. Now, ai can have my favourite 2 coffee makers in the storage of 1!

It was great for a few weeks. I loved how hot the coffee was. Then the K cups started exploding and coffee grounds were poring into the coffee. I had read reviews from others saying the same thing. It needs to be remodeled.

This coffee maker is perfect for anyone who wants a quality made machine that will not only brew a 12 cup pot of coffee but also allow you to use K cups when you only want one cup of coffee. Easy to setup and haven’t had a bad cup of coffee yet! Also includes 2 charcoal filters for each water reservoir and a separate filter to use your own coffee instead of K cups. Highly recommend

I am not one to usually post reviews, good or bad, but in the case of this Cuisinart Coffee Center I will make an exception. This coffee maker is, without question, the best one we have ever owned! When our other coffee maker with the single serve option finally died, we needed a new one and stopped at Best Buy. Other than the same brand we had (which we chose not to purchase again) Cuisinart was the only other one available that had both functions. We decided on the Coffee Center (which Best Buy matched a price on!) and took it home. The following morning, we made both, a pot of coffee and used the single serve option, and the coffee was SIGNIFICANTLY better than ever before! It may be that the water in each reservoir is filtered, or that it was brand new or whatever, but it has continued to be the best Coffee maker we have ever had!

We have had this coffee maker for about a month and we are quite happy with it so far. We tend to use the 12-cup maker for regular coffee and the single serve for decaf. In reading reviews prior to purchase some users talked about a problem with k-cups spilling coffee grounds all over the coffee maker; we have not had that problem. Another criticism was the difficulty of getting all of the water out of the carafe when filling the 12 cup maker; that problem we have experienced and have not come up with a good solution. It is also necessary to pull the coffee maker out from under the cupboard in order to open the water reservoir or k-cup compartment (maybe that's just a problem the way our counter and cupboards are designed). In spite of these couple of inconveniences, we like the coffee maker and would recommend it.

Works great !!! Easy to use and makes great coffee.

I’ve been using this coffee maker for only a few weeks and am not entirely satisfied with it. The 12 cup brewer is fine for the most part. The water reservoir is in the back which causes a bit of a mess when refilling the water. It also beeps 5 times when it’s done brewing, which is very annoying early in the morning and cannot be turned off. The single cup side is the issue I have. I’ve tried all different pods, I’ve made sure the white arrows line up, I’ve cleaned it to make sure there were no clogs and it still overflows the coffee grinds. It comes out the top and the bottom filling my cup full of grinds and getting all over my counter. Making it very hard to clean up. No one should be dealing with these issues especially for the price.

This coffemaker is awesome! I can prepare different kind of coffe regular grain for all the family, or different flavors using the capsules. I love the feature that mantains the coffe warm up to 2 hours after the coffe is ready. Really easy to clean!! and the jar is high capacity, so easy to prepare coffe fot all the morning and family. Love it! awesome gift!

My wife love this coffee maker! During the week she will use the single service option and on the weekend we the family is all home she will brew a big pot of coffee. No need to haul a different coffee maker in from the utility room. Also the coffee brews hotter than the other single serve coffee maker. Overall great coffee maker.

The machine is easy to use and very stylish. It’s great to have the option to make a single cup of coffee or tea. We needed to exchange the maker because there was a small leak where the single serve water reservoir connected to the maker, but have had no issues with the new maker.

I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER THE ONLY THING IS THAT IT DOSEN'T HAVE A LARGE COFFE CUP SIE IN THE ONE CUP MAKER, OTHERWISE IT MAKES COFFEE FASTER THAN MY OTHER COFFE MAKER DID.
