Smaller than the old model but work just fine very light bc it’s chance from metal parts (old model) to plastic parts, nice design, easy set up, I like the new mode with a removable tank.. so far I like it

Great quality k-cup brewer. I've been through several Keurig brand makers and have been more than pleased. It is a little louder than a Keurig but that's not a deal breaker. The warranty is 3 times the Keurig as well proving confidence in the brand.

I decided that after having 3 Keurig brand K-Cup coffee makers that I would switch to this Cuisinart. It heats up immediately (unlike my Keurig brand that takes a while) and has a nice large tank and allows you to not only set the size, but also the temperature of your coffee. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

I haven’t had a hot cup of coffee in years until now. Goodbye Keurig. I got one for myself and each of my daughters. We are all loving this. And the little compartment with the basket for regular grinds? I must be dreaming. Everyone has to get one ASAP.

This is a fantastic coffee maker. It’s attractive, has several actually useful functions from cup size to heat level, it doesn’t make a lot of noise (hello Keurig lol). I am more than pleased. If you’re considering this, buy it.

Just what I wanted, better than! Easy to use (except the auto timer) takes a little research. Makes good strong or week coffee your choice.

Makes the absolute best k cup or grounds of a keurig ever. I never thought the type of brewer you bought would make that much difference in flavor but believe me it does! This machine changed my home coffee game. It’s the only kind of brewer I will buy now. It well made and last forever barring any accidents :(. Buy it, you’ll love it!

This machine brews great coffee. The auto shop where I get my oil changed has free coffee. I have always raved about how good their coffee was. I noticed that they had this machine and used the Folgers K-cups. Now, my coffee tastes just like theirs. I originally bought a Hamilton Beach coffee machine at another store because it was on sale and cheaper. I returned it without ever using it. After reading the instructions, I found out that you had to fill the container after each cup of coffee. You couldn't set the size of the cup or the temperature. My cuisinart has tons of features and come with a pod you can fill with ground coffee if you don't want to us the K-cups. I have bought a lot of different flavors & brands of coffee since purchasing this machine and they all taste great. This machine is worth every penny you pay for it.

The Cuisinart k-cup coffee maker is the first k-cup coffee maker I have owned and it’s every thing I envisioned it to be it is easy to use makes fast hot great tasting coffee and the price was right for a frugal retiree like myself

Instant hot water, brews faster and less tall to fit under kitchen cabinets - so you don’t have to pull it out to clear upper cabinets. Still there’s too much plastic for the price.

This K-cup brewer has many features you do not find in many others. I like the hot water, the rinse, and the cup size options a lot. It is a bit loud, but that is not a major problem considering all the features you get. I would advise adding the extended warranty as every Keurig style brewer I have ever owned has a somewhat limited life-expectancy!

Have tried many brands of k-cup maker. This cuisinart is the absolute best. The rinse is great if you have a tea drinker. Found that you don’t need the charcoal filter, just fine without it , no difference in taste.

I'm still using this coffee maker with no issues. I use it mostly for hot water for tea. Don't drink coffee but I must have my tea and that's the option that makes it excellent for me. I love this for my early morning cup before work, must have my morning cup.

But I liked the previous model better. The low water light is missing from this model. It was a very helpful feature on the old model. Also, It doesn't feel as substantial as the previous model.

Love how system has a cleaning option & can make tea or cocoa as well, not just coffee. I like the filter cups so we can put our own flavors in it without having to buy k cups.
