    Really bad pre built

I unboxed everything my first issue was that there was a tiny screw I found when I took off the sticker that said “don’t connect monitor on this side” next issue there is a dent on the side of it. Next I checked the cables and nothing looked loose so I decide to plug it in. It turned on and I connected it to my monitor there popped up a screen and said to connect to a WiFi network. I was so excited to see that it was working and when I go and try to plug in my mouse and keyboard it doesn’t go in because the back plate of the pre built pc is blocking the usb holes and doesn’t let the wires connect (shown in pictures). I don’t know much about PCs but I’m sure this happened when it was being built by cyberpower. I’m going to best but today one day after I picked it up to see what they can do to help me or do I need to call customer support for cyber power. Either way I’m very disappointed in the product.

    Major issue with port selection

Major issue with port selection The main reason I bought this PC is to to support my higher refresh rate monitor. As mentioned in the description of Best buy page it says that it has 2 display port outlets to connect to the monitor but where as the PC I received today has only one HDMI port at the graphics card location which is eliminating the whole purpose of gaming PC and the money I spent on it. I hope Best Buy can resolve this issue because even the graphics card that is shown in the product description page doesn’t match with the graphics card that I received today with the PC. Please check the images below.

hard drive is not good I just bought it and it's like this. and since I really needed the computer, I didn't return it. and try to reinstall the operating system. How many times have I tried. but until today. auto-shutdown status. and the screen freezes. still happens frequently. About every 2 hours, sometimes 3 hours. I have found that the cause is because the hard drive loses connection while the machine is working. I will try to contact the company to let them know. and they do not sell this kind of adata hard drive to customers . it's trash

An amazing machine for the price

I purchased my PC from Best Buy after doing a lot of research and figuring out what kind of gaming PC I wanted to build. Due to supply shortages, trying to get any kind of GPU is nearly impossible these days for a decent price. I decided that getting a pre-built PC would ultimately be the best way to get the build I wanted without waiting until maybe (best case scenario, assuming a GPU could be snagged) summer of 2021, and I wanted a pre-built that would actually be worth my time. I ended up getting the SLC7600BST, which has a Ryzen 3700X CPU and the Radeon 5700XT GPU with 16 GB RAM, 1TB M2 SSD, and a 120mm liquid cooler for $1200 and I’ve been really happy with my purchase. I’m not going to go over the actual performance of everything because that research can be done elsewhere. That being said, I wanted a gaming PC that could play games on Ultra quality with 60+ FPS for most modern games, and this has no problem doing that. I’ve even been able to play a lot of demanding games at 4K with no issues either. I also want to highlight: CyberPowerPC does sell comparable builds with NVIDIA 30 series GPUs for slightly higher prices. If available, definitely purchase one of those. I personally chose this to save money and knowing that a Radeon 5700XT would serve all of my needs and more for at least another 5 years. Alas, this is a review of CyberPowerPC’s build of the PC and the quality around it, not of gaming performance which can be researched elsewhere. If you look up CyberPowerPC reviews, you may find a lot of other reviews from 2017 to early 2020 that may contain concerns. Your mileage may vary, but I can wholeheartedly say that I am VERY happy with my purchase and I can see how much they have improved their quality control over the years. I ordered mine through Best Buy and had to wait for them to receive stock of the model. Once it arrived, I picked it up from the store, took it home, and set it up. The very first thing I checked was if there were any wiring issues or screw issues, since that was the biggest complaint I’ve heard. Nothing was unplugged, nothing was plugged in where it shouldn’t be, and they did a really good job tidying up the cable management. Wires weren’t pulled too tight, cables weren’t hanging willy-nilly since they actually used zip-ties, and there were no missing screws. Things were tight, in their place, and (most importantly) everything that the box said the PC contained was present. I booted the system and everything worked out of the box (all fans confirmed to work, no bad RAM, LED lights worked, GPU, etc). I went into the BIOS and confirmed that everything was properly set (since that’s another complaint I’ve heard). Restarted, set up Windows, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no bloat-ware on the computer. Only everything that was necessary was installed, so that was a really nice hassle taken off my shoulders. I’ve been using this PC since January 3rd, 2021 and it has been a real dream. I’ve done intense gaming sessions for 3+ hours and there’s been no overheating or blue-screens, so the liquid cooling and case venting is clearly doing its job. All-in-all, CyberPowerPC has clearly increased their quality control. I also want to mention that this came with a “gaming” keyboard and mouse. The keyboard I’ve left in the box since I have an actual mechanical keyboard and will continue to use that. The mouse I decided to try out. Honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised with it! It has a lot of buttons (more than I need), but the adjustable DPI buttons (for increase or decrease) on the fly is convenient. I have smaller than average hands but it’s still been comfortable. I probably wouldn’t use it if I were a competitive player, but for everything else this has been great. Overall, I’m really impressed with this PC and the power I’m getting from it for $1200. While I would have preferred to have built the PC myself, not having to have set up the liquid cooling, wiring from scratch, downloading every driver, etc. has been well worth the extra premium. Plus, they used Cooler Master parts for the liquid cooler and case fans so I know those will do their job well without breaking in a month. Also, the fan has really good airflow, I think they listened to complaints earlier that cases were getting too hot and have been using much better cases since. So, with all of the positives listed, I want to touch on some “meh” things that I wish could have been changed, but overall don’t impact how much I recommend this PC: - The RAM is only at 3000 MHz. This isn’t bad per se, but the motherboard supports 3600 MHz. RAM is cheap nowadays, why not have actually picked slightly-faster RAM? Oh well, down the road I can always upgrade, but this still does the job. - The motherboard is more of a budget range motherboard that supports the AMD chipset. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t really leave much room for upgrades. There is no expandable PCI-e slot, so that means no new WiFi (I’ll get to that). There’s also no USB-C connections, which surprises me in 2021. Would have preferred a slightly nicer one, but again everything works well and fits my needs. - The WiFi included in the motherboard is fine. It’s an ASUS one that comes with a little antenna you can use to extend the range and I’ve had no connectivity issues with it. I just wish the speeds were a little faster. I have gigabit fiber and on the 5GHz band I’m usually only getting 250-300 Mbs down vs the 600 Mbs down I can hit on my phone or laptop. The solution would be to just hardwire it, but perhaps in the future when the router isn’t on a separate floor I can do that. - The 1TB M2 SSD is some brand I’ve never heard of before and only gets 1000MB/s read/write speeds. I know, that’s a lot faster compared to other SSDs, but for a slightly higher price there are M2s that are 3-4x faster. But this is still incredibly fast and the bottleneck for 99% of people that will buy this will be network speeds if trying to download a game. This is also something that can be changed out in the future if I want, so I’m not too worried about this. Again, all of these are just “meh” and preferences that ultimately don’t impact the build. For $1200 in a market like this, all of this is a steal and offers a lot of bang for your buck. So why am I rating this only 4 stars? That leads us to the one glaring negative that I absolutely have to talk about: the PSU. Why CyberPowerPC? Why choose an 800W Apevia PSU? Look up reviews of Apevia and you’ll be horrified to hear of so many people’s entire PCs getting fried because of this cheap, random brand. While I appreciate 800W to support powering any future additions to the PC, choosing this cheap brand for the sake of shaving costs really hampers the build. CyberPowerPC chose quality parts elsewhere, why choose a part that could potentially fry the whole thing? Plus, that PSU fan is LOUD. Even at no-load that fan would be going at high speeds. When I unboxed it and saw that random brand, I immediately spend the extra $135 on a Corsair 750W PSU and swapped it out (fully modular, too). Now my PC is extra quiet and I can rest easy at night knowing that the PC won’t be dying because of the PSU. Which was a real shame too, I had to undo some of the great wiring work CyberPowerPC had done and then re-attach zip ties. So, my biggest feedback to CyberPowerPC: PLEASE pick better PSU parts. I would have happily paid the extra premium for a better unit from the get-go instead of having to install a better one myself. I can’t imagine how sad somebody with less familiarity on computer parts got this and then their computer suddenly died because of some cheap part. Hence, why I’m docking one star. All of that being said, I still HIGHLY recommend this to anybody looking for a good entry to a gaming PC for a good price. If you’re willing to spend the extra $120-$150 on a quality PSU to make it quiet and reliable, even better! And if you’ve made it this far and are considering a different model by CyberPowerPC, I still recommend you get it! It’s been a fantastic purchase so far and they clearly know what they are doing to set up their builds.

This is really a great gaming system. I spent a week or so comparing benchmarks of the various components (CPU, Video Card, RAM, hard drive) before buying and had come up with a system nearly identical to this, only it was about $300 more than I what I paid for this at Best Buy. And this was ready a lot quicker and included the warranty. So far it's exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous about it working out of the box after reading some of the reviews but it setup easily. I didn't have to move the GPU. Connector fit fine without any adjustments. I did have to tweak the BIOS for the the 3000MHz RAM speed, and I played a bit with the Radeon configs for the video card fan (card runs a bit hotter than I expected but apparently that's normal), but those were pretty trivial. Overall great system at a fantastic price. Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550M-A M-ATX RAM: Crucial Ballistix GPU: XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT HD: WD Blue SN550 Power supply: Apevia 800Watt Gold 80 Plus

When I got the computer it was easy taking it out of the box and setting it up. The setup guide that comes with it helps a lot. The components are good and high quality. The Rysen 7 3700x pairs well with the 5700xt, In most games you you will be getting 120 to 160 fps, with mostly high settings. I got the computer for video editing and graphic design and 3d models and this computer has no trouble doing that. I highly recommend this computer. Also, the graphics card you should be getting is the ASRock challenger 8G, but you might get the 5700xt xfx thicc 2, if you're lucky, which is a little better than the ASRock card. At the end of the day the ASRock is a great card.

    Best Mid-Range PC To Buy

In the beginning I was trying to build my own PC with the same CPU and GPU but the parts cost alot of money. Then I was browsing around till I came across this and decided to purchase this PC because it had similar components at a lower cost (saved me $600). Had this for about a month or two and I gotta say it runs really well and have no issues. One thing I appreciate is the cable management. When I took off the back panel of the PC, all the cables were neat and organized. Since my friend wanted a PC also, I told him about this and he purchased it and really likes it.

Such an amazing computer, with a couple drawbacks

I've had this computer for almost a month now so I think it is a great time to review it. The packaging and delivery was great, I mean the PC had no damage and was delivered safely in a week across the country. I did receive a broken mouse which sucked but CyberPower did send me a new one(although it did take about 2 weeks). Other than that the thing booted up perfectly and was ready to install games in less than 15 minutes. Performance has been amazing but there are some drawbacks to getting this computer and this graphics card, So my computer came with one of the lowest end B450 motherboards although it is still good so I am not worried about that. But the thing that worries me a little is that it came with the worst 5700xt graphics card. It is still an amazing card but it is known to be the hottest out of already hot GPUs. My tips to fixing the 90+ degree temps is; 1 take off the front of the PC case, this was a terrible case choice by them as there is only 1 insert for air to come through so the front fans are really performing at like 20% of what they should be and 2 go into the radeon software and make your 70c curve and 80c curve 80% and 90%. This dropped my temps from 95+ to a stable 74 and has been a blessing. Since then I have had 0 issues with the card and I am playing all games on max settings fine. I play MW Warzone on high settings 1080p and get 150fps and I play RDR2 on Ultra settings 1440p and stay right around 70 fps which is amazing. Also forza horizon 4 at 1440p max settings and get 130 fps. All this being said this is arguably the best PC for the money out there right now. I absolutely could not have built something better for the price. I priced out each part in my PC about 2 weeks ago and the price came out to something around 1150$, so I basically spent 50$ on wanting it to be built better than I could have. It is and was an amazing deal and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a PC in this price range. I would have gave it 4* if the case was better for airflow and if the GPU wasn't the hottest of the 5700xt cards.

Bought this too replace a Dell 1800X / 8gb 580 that runs too warm to sit under my desk. You will not beat the performance of this machine for the PRICE. All the parts are fairly mid range. All are off the shelf nothing proprietary except fan and coolers. You cant build it for this price. I was surprised to find the motherboard actually supports 2 M2 Pcie slots. the one above the graphics card is a full gen4 x 4, there is one under the graphics card that is a Gen 3 x 4. strangely in some users photos Ive noticed that slot is utilized instead of the upper one, which is a faster slot. I haven't seen any of the issues that other users have shown. Mine was in great condition, nothing disconnected, everything worked as advertised. 1. The version of the graphics card in here is not the fastest 5700xt on the market. (xfx thicc II) however it performs well. 2. Mouse and keyboard are pretty basic. Mine will be donated to the new user of my old PC. 3. The pcie ssd is budget oriented but in real world use it seems just as fast as my 1 tb 970 evo plus. 4. Motherboard in this model (asus prime b550m-a wifi) seems better quality then what I have seen in some of the competition. despite being a micro atx board it has several open expansion slots, 2 M2 slots, 4 ram slots, ECC memory support and built in wifi6. I believe there are two 10gb usb super speed ports on the back as well Ill update as i get more time with the box

    Amazing Mid-to-High-End Desktop

I have just finished setting up this beautiful (and I do mean BEAUTIFUL) desktop. Here are my first impressions: Price: The price is amazing. Getting a similar desktop from another store could easily be $300 more. This is a high-end desktop, with a processor roughly equivalent to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super or 2070. Speed: I have not yet had the chance to test the speed of this computer beyond the initial setup, however the 1TB SSD (PCle) means that the start-up time is extremely low. Under 10 or 15 seconds, if I had to guess. As far as Internet is concerned, the computer has a 1gbps Ethernet port and WiFi 6 (802.11ax), which is more than adequate, and keeps it future-proofed for the a long time. It also comes with an external antenna that means you should be able to actually depend on WiFi even if you don't have an Ethernet port and cable handy. Graphics: I have not yet had the chance to test the graphics on this computer, but I expect that they will be extremely good, and able to handle the 1080p, 144Hz screen that I have ordered. If this is not the case, I will most certainly change this review to reflect that. Size: One of the only complaints that I have is that the case is quite large. However, the specs show the correct size, and this large size means that it should be easy enough to upgrade anything that I may want to in the future. (For example, adding RAM or another SSD.) Aesthetics and Peripherals: The tower is, as I mentioned earlier, extremely beautiful. It is glowing yellow, but it has a variety of different colors that you can change to, including solid colors, and some with breathing or circling effects. The included keyboard is actually quite beautiful with its white backlight that is strong enough to be used in complete darkness, but can dimmed until it is non-intrusive. The mouse's RGB lighting is also extremely pleasing, as is its large number of buttons. Honestly, I have no complaints (except the size) so far with this computer, but if I do have any major complaints, I will definitely edit this review to reflect that. Overall, an extremely high value for a relatively low price. I strongly recommend this product.

This computer was pretty easy to setup, but no instructions oddly. The specs I received are: CPU: AMD - 3700X Video Card: XFX - 5700XT 8Gb RAM: Ballistix - 2 8Gb (unknown clock, I think 2666mHz) Motherboard: ASRock - B550AM Storage: Western Digital - 1Gb SATA Overall, it runs fast! No glitches, everything is running smoothly. I've only installed CSGO and it runs on high settings at 250-350 FPS using a 144Hz BenQ Zowie monitor. It comes with WiFi antennas that you attach, no ethernet cables included. Overall, a really sweet computer so far.

First time buying a PC from a brick and mortar store. Also first gaming computer and it was a great experience and great price for the type of computer I was looking for with the AMD CPU and GPU. Had a friend build his own computer with similar specs for same price. The CyberPowerPC started right up and I had everything working within less than 20 minutes. No issues with any of the product (PC, keyboard, mouse). System runs quieter than I expected. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to gaming and other general use.

Honestly this is a great computer for gaming, and possible streaming. It comes with a great processor, a great video card, and a pretty good motherboard, The only downside is the ram quality really isn't too great, and they only have 2 rgb fans+1 liquid cooler in it, The case is HUGE compared to the build itself, and the 5700xt GPU series is known to get pretty warm, So the additional airflow would have been amazing for the build. unfortunately ill have to spend another 25-30$ on some more fans, but that really isn't terrible. What came with mine: Ryzen 7 3700x processor Radeon 5700xt thicc ii Asus prime b550m motherboard Cooler master Liquid cooling 140mm(maybe 120mm?) 2x Cyberpower pc aftermarket RGB fans 800w gold + power supply 16gb ddr4 3000 ram (Tforce Vulcanz) Pros Beautiful build Great specs Affordable Liquid cooling 800w power supply Great case quality Con Low fan count Ram could have been much better at little to no additional cost

Cant go wrong with AMD 7 3700X 16GB Memory with a 1TB SSD. Price was decent. Case looks good. First time having RBG so will play around with some color schemes. Good high mid range motherboard with 3 dims to increase memory later if desired. Probably add another drive for increased storage/backup. GTA V, 7 Days to Die, Ground, all run easy at 1080.

This is a great computer for the cost. For what is inside, it costs just a bit more then it would be to get the parts individually. So far it has ran great and it gets high frames in any game I throw at it. It was easy to set up and all the drivers were already installed. This is a great computer and its a great buy.

Despite the mixed reviews here, I decided to go about buying this PC as an upgrade from my Acer gaming laptop and so far, I have no regrets. While I am no pro with PCs, with the help of some research before I bought this, I inspected the parts I got prior to starting it up due to the mixed reviews from people on here. Let me break it down a bit: For one, some say they got bronze PSU etc. Mine came with APEVIA ATX 800 watt that's rated Gold 80 PLUS, and although it's no EVGA or Corsair, or any other known brands, I say it does it's job. I might upgrade it to something better later on, but right now, I say it's good. Next, the motherboard I got is an ASROCK B550AM Gaming with WIFI. I did some googling for this but can't seem to find a lot of reviews for this exact type I got. It might be a CyberPower exclusive (again, no pro so i might be wrong), but I think it's a decent motherboard. The only thing was that the WiFi was not strong enough even with the antennas that came with it, and I had to buy an ethernet cable so the connection comes fast as it's supposed to be. This is minor though, since I expected WiFis that come with the motherboard tend to be like this, so I'm not taking a star off for this. Regarding the GPU, I got an ASUS dual evo. After some googling, it appears that it's a mid-range GPU, with most general views favorable. I say it's better than maybe getting the XFX THICC one, which comes as being one of the worst GPUs from the reviews I've seen on the internet so far. Additionally, I have been playing graphics-heavy games on this PC like the Witcher 3 and the new AC Valhalla, and I haven't encountered any game breaking lags, and if ever, only ever ran to some really minor lagging that doesn't even last a second. I have the settings set on ultra/high, and the PC runs the games great. You will hear the GPU fans whirring when the games start/while it's rendering etc, but it easily becomes a white noise for me and barely notice it when I'm immersed with the game. But if you're super sensitive with any noise whatsoever, you might find it a nuisance. Still, I say it is a pretty decent GPU for this build, so I have no real complains. Outside of gaming, the PC starts up fast...like, around 10 seconds or less and it runs flawless. It can handle multiple browsing tabs/programs with barely any lags (i.e. playing, say, windowed version of Sims 2 and switching to google chrome tabs without lagging) but I say this is for the most part. I did encounter one time where there was a lag while I was watching a YouTube video while scrolling through the comments BUT it doesn't happen so often, so i think it's just one of those boo-boos that happen from time to time. Overall, as I wrote on the title, this is a great Gaming pc, especially for the value. It's a huge upgrade if you're someone like me who only owned laptops within the last decade or so, and wants to step up your gaming experience. Of course, I will still keep an eye on it since I only got it for nearly 2 weeks, but I am hoping it lasts for a long time! Will update this review if ever. PS: The rgb fan lights look really cool, and they work well so far.

Picked it up in person since I saw reviews saying shipping damaged their package and loosened wiring. Once I brought it home I ran every update in the books for an hour then tuned my settings. Ran Warzone on 130fps consistently on max settings at 1080P. For $1000 this is as solid if a PC you can get.
