I began my search looking for a replacement for my XPS 8300 which I bought at Best Buy over 10 years ago. I found this PC and the reviews were great but I also did some price checking from other sites on the same exact PC....Best Buy was $200-$400 cheaper! Bought it online and picked it up the same day. Was really easy to setup and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I've been playing COD War Zone with my buddies and this PC handles it without issues! I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking for a great gaming rig!

Was super easy to setup and update. Runs very smooth and not as loud as other PCs. One minor issue is you get Direct x errors for some games.

Would definitely recommend only if you are strapped on time otherwise build a pc yourself. There are a few things that corners were cut with this pc. First off the asrock cyberpowerpc specific B550 mATX board that came with it isnt very powerful and just a repurposed b450. Could have went with a full ATX with better overclocking capabilities or more expansion slots, literally anything. Secondly my model came with a XFX RX 5700 was the original thicc model and it is so unbelievably loud right out of the box without any overclocking or anything. Others have gotten different brand gpus in theirs so im not sure on their experiences but mine is extremely loud and no matter how much i mess with the wattman settings there is no keeping this thing quiet even at idle. You literally have to wear headphones or turn your speakers way up to not hear this thing if its any close to you. There is only one 3.5 bay which is taken up so that leaves a lot to be desired. Also the cooler master cooler for the cpu is probably the cheapest most inefficient cooler ive ever seen on a pre built. Forget about even wanting to overclock this, its unstable as soon as you hit 4.1ghz and quickly hits 95C in a stress test. Though to be fair the ryzen 3000 series doesnt benefit much if at all from over clocking for casual gaming so thats ehh I only bought this to save time instead of money because of the whole human malware situation so waiting for cheaper parts to come individually wasnt in the cards for me but if you are much more patient and can build a pc definitely take that route. Let me make this clear that Im not trying to steer anyone way from this, I just want to give someone some input on what they may expect. As far as I can tell all the models have different parts so you may get some different brands in yours (mostly gpu) This plays any AAA game on highest settings 1440p without issue, no skips stutters or any crashing so far on any game Ive played. Only crash I had was when replacing the 3000mhz ram with 3200mhz and kept getting memory crashes but I switched back and no problems, probably a bios issue. Again would only recommend if you are certain predicaments or have no desire to build your own pc then this is probably the best bang for the buck you can find for a gaming pc in this class and price range, the performance is insane.

This is a great starter PC. Weather your a Gamer or a Streamer, it has everything you need. The only thing I wish it came with was a booklet explain all the components to it. As this is my first PC, there is alot I still dont know.

Been loving the desktop thus far. The speeds are very impressive and the graphics capabilities are terrific. HEADS UP... I wasnt paying attention to the LED package on this model,.. Ive seen Cyberpower PCs before that can turn off the lighting inside. This one cycles very nicely through the color spectrum all the time. It looks awesome but it cant be turned off. I like it but others may think its too much all the time.

I purchased this for my son as his first gaming PC with VR support. I enjoyed showing him the different components through the clear side panel so he knows what's what. He has been using it for a few days and has no complaints, unheardof for a teen. It's got plenty of power to run his games while chatting with his teammates and the graphics look great. Good PC for the money, I'm considering another one for my younger son.

Yes we got this for my son since his desktop is over 7 years old. He likes the speed for gaming. It was easy to set up and worked perfectly with all of his games. One thing we didn't know was the side is clear , so you can see all the components. We do have additional slots available for other hard drive etc. We would buy again.

This computer is an excellent option for anyone looking to get a PC that not only performs very well but also looks great!! It also works great for anyone looking to buy their first PC seeing as it comes with a mouse and keyboard! I already had a PC, Mouse, and Keyboard but when I bought this, I loved the new ones so I don't even use the old keyboard or mouse I had before!

Bought this PC after looking at several other websites for custom builds. Was so happy I decided on this one. Easy to set up, I use 3 monitors so bought some display to hdmi adapters plugged everything up and was up and running in under 30 mins. The LED keyboard and mouse that was included was a big plus. Highly recommend this unit.

Great gaming PC for VR Oculus Rift S, made it even better by taking to 32GB DDR4.. The FANS ARE LOUD AS HELL unless you go into the Fantastic Tuning utility and set the chart thresholds way down.. Silent mode is a joke and should be left out of the choices, but fan tuning finally got me some quietness.

Just set up the PC. Very simple process which is what we were looking for. I've built PC's before, but did not have the time to do one for my kids, so I went ahead and purchased a pre-built. Very impressed so far and looking forward to gaming and other tasks on this beast.

I've only had this PC for 2 days, but I used to build and sell PC's back in the day. For the price, the specs are amazing. The only issue we had, which turned out NOT to be an issue, was quickly resolved by Ryan A at CYBERPOWERPC, with a simple phone call. He guided me to a link where (YES THE CASE RGB LIGHTS CAN BE CHANGED!!!) software can be downloaded as the motherboard controls the RGB on the case (there are no buttons on this particular case on my C series). Anyway, I love this PC, and the tech support was in the Good ole' USA out of CA (easy)! Ryan A had me 1) Google: b450m pro4 2) Click on the first result from the mb manufacturer 3) Under the pic of the motherboard there is a "support" click 4) Download the RGB driver 5) Run it (i didn't click "expand all", just clicked "run" 6) Shortcut on desktop controls RGB on case perfectly. ***MY SON THINKS THAT SHORTCUT MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON THE DESKTOP, SO TRY THAT FIRST***

I bought this PC for music production and it smashes everything I throw at it. Also, I casually game and Doom Eternal, Resident Evil 2 and everything else looks great. Great buy for the price. I've tried building PCs on other sites and this PC beats them all.

The computer is performing as advertised, but getting it was a pain. This was undoubtedly in-part due to complications created by the covid-19 outbreak. I had originally planned to pick it up at the store (there were none in stock when I purchased it) but the stay-at-home order hit the very day I was scheduled to pick it up. I called the Best Buy hotline to have it shipped to my home. That seemed to go smoothly, but almost immediately after I received an e-mail indicating that the order was delayed. Another call to the hotline resulted in the representative telling me that there was nothing I could do but wait. I called again 2 weeks later to find out that my order had been effectively cancelled and was pending a refund. Thankfully the rep this time figured out what was happening and had the order refiled. It was delivered the next day. But this was 2.5 weeks after the purchase. Summary: product good, service mediocre.

I got this on sale for $100 off an already smoking-fast PC. Plays today's games flawlessly so far. It's capable of stepping up to 64 GB of RAM, which I intend to do in the near future. If you're going to load games onto this PC, I would suggest that you load them on the D: drive, because the C: drive fills up fast, especially if you're loading a modern game.

I ordered this as a replacement for an HP computer that I use for remote work. I initially ordered another HP, after checking with their customer service to ensure it was upgradable (i.e. adding hard drives, RAM, etc.) only to have it arrive and be practically impossible to upgrade without special, obsolete accessories. I immediately returned it and started looking at CyberPower PCs. This model met my needs and offered the expansion capabilities that I require. From the minute I fired it up it's been running smoothly. My husband's IT department reviewed the specs and laughed that it may exceed my needs, but I often run multiple programs, have many windows and tabs open, etc. I've already added a 4TB hard drive, and I'm going to put another 16 gb of RAM in, but so far this baby sings.
