So I haven’t had this long but I can honestly say that its build quality is incredible, all the components are top tier and it looks absolutely amazing in my home office!! The RGB on the case and the case itself are stunning but not over the top. The tinted tempered glass allows you to peer inside this beast at all its glory, from the RGB RAM, to the fans and finally the liquid cooling system with a crazy nice RGB Infiniti mirror covering the CPU, which all complements the design. Try to get a RTX 50** series GPU anywhere and you’ll find they are sold out or being sold well above market. So to be able to get not only the RTX 5070ti but coupled that with the Intel i9 14900 series CPU and this system is, without a doubt, a monster of epic proportions!! All that said you’d probably expect a massive premium price, but no joke this comes in well within the mid tier of pricing for gaming/productivity though you’re getting the best of the best of everything at simply unheard of value! Don’t sleep on this series of CyberPower PC because it will either sell out or go up in price once they realize they didn’t charge enough for this game/rendering crushing beast!!

This took a month to get shipped to me, but it was worth the wait. This is one of the nicest cases I have ever had and the RGB is beautiful. The computer is very quiet and when maxed out on video settings, the glass never gets hot like my previous PC I had for 6 years. Cyber Power PC customer support was also great when I wasn't getting updates from Best Buy's side. If you order one (I saw the 1 star review), reach out to Cyber Power PC support. They will update you. I know they said they were waiting for more 5070ti's to come in to fulfill orders on this after mine. Don't cancel your order, you will love this thing, and Cyber Power has always been great.

This PC had no issues when it arrived and came in very nice packaging. Runs great.

Bought this as an upgrade from a gaming laptop. Got what it was worth as a new set up that I use for gaming. No issues on store pick up and everything was set up with no problems as soon as I booted it up. Have had it for a month now and everything is still intact with no problems.

Ordered this PC and when I arrived at Best buy to pick up the box looked damaged on all sides. I took pictures in store and when I got home and opened it I was correct. Everything was broken and glass was everywhere. Poor shipping, no protection on the sides of the PC. Very poorly packaged for money spent

This is an excellent product to do anything that you want. I can play , work or design on this powerful pc. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal machine shipping was supposed to be 14 days but recieved it 2 also tested ark survival ascended on max graphics no problems runs smooth.

Ordered this item one month ago, hasnt even shipped yet, customer service just tells me they dont know why
