Nice freezer

So far it is working as expected. The 3.8 cu. Ft. size is just right for my needs and roomier than I imagined. I was happily surprised that it has 2 back wheels, That made it easier to position.

This runs quietly and is built very sturdily. As always, Best Buy gave us the most competitive price. I was a little disappointed at first because when I went to plumb it, one of the wheels were twisted and I couldn't fix it. Best Buy replaced it right away with another one. The damage might have been in the shipping process. Anyways... they took care of it happily and once again we are 100% satisfied customers

We apologize for this experience and thank you for your feedback. When a device is broken, the manufacturer's warranty states that they will repair or replace the device that is under warranty. Sometimes it is faster to repair a device. If there is no authorized maintenance specialist in the area, Danby sometimes works with customers to use a servicer they prefer. Danby will then contact the customer's chosen repairer and set up payments for warranty service. Unfortunately, we are not sure of the exact circumstances of your case.
