The person that did my dash cam install which was in the Reno NV brestbuy was professional, efficient, and seemed to do a fine job. No complaints. The camera placement is good. Everything works and was much more affordable than any other place I looked at

I bought a Vantrue 5N dash cam on Amazon and Best Buy did a flawless job installing the main camera, the camera mounted on the rear window plus wiring to the fuse box for motion detection. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the installation and the tech who completed it.

Instal went great. The only issue was that there was nowhere to wait, and you had a long walk to get to the front of the store.

The agents were very professional and flexible with working around my schedule. Garrett Raymond installed my dash cam and did a very thorough, nice job. Everything is still working great now several weeks later. Thank you!!

The guys at the installation department at Harrisburg Bestbuy were very nice, professional and reliable. They broke one of the part on the side of the dashboard while installing my camera, the guy was honest about it even though it was barely visible. He ordered the part and had me come back for another day to install it. I recommended this service

I’m really happy with how it turned out! At first, I started calling local places and they wanted $300 plus, so I was shocked when I found out that Best Buy could install my cams (front and rear) for so much less. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Installation took a little longer than expected, but again, he did a great job! It’s been about two weeks since my installation and everything is working as expected.

I really believe that terrific service needs to be noticed, highlighted especially. This is an easy review to write because Brent (installer) was the best. Originally scheduled for yesterday, I screwed up and showed up 40min late. Brent could not have been nicer. He said not to worry, he could reschedule me the next morning! Super helpful. He was even nice enough to give me a chair to relax in while I waited for the store to open. His work was superb. It looked factory installed, it was that good. Brent and folks like him are why I keep giving BB my business. Super Job, Brent! I hope BB takes good care of you. You and folks like you are what generate loyal, happy customers. GREAT JOB!!

The Best Buy Geek Squad department installed the Dash Cam on my Vehicle. I am beyond satisfied with the results, they are professionals and know what they do. It’s installed so perfect that no one would think it’s an aftermarket. They have the right tools and are very efficient. They finished the job under an hour. When I picked up the car I couldn’t believe how fantastic they are, And no, I’m not being paid for my comment. Just another happy customer!

Very friendly and quick service. They explained everything so that I knew how to use my new dash cam. I appreciated the call I received ahead of my appointment to make sure I already had all the equipment needed for the install.

After reading tons of reviews and FAQs stating that Best Buy's Geek Squad installs any dashcam you buy, they refused to install the dashcam I bought from Amazon. Not wanting to waste the appointment, I bought a Rexing dashcam from Best Buy, which is far inferior to the Viofo dashcam I had purchased from Amazon. However, the actual installation looks clean. There are no visible wires. I am satisfied with the install.
