My Agent was here within the time frame that we set. He was courteous and friendly. He was efficient and explained how to use our new TV and let us know that if there was a problem to just call the Geek Squad. I use the Geek Squad for all of our technology. They are the best.

I could not be happier with this service. My team was on time, extremely efficient, kind and courteous. They took the time to explain the setup, show me how to operate my new TV and were very patient.

Geek Squad not only connected new t.v. but also the sound bar, dvd player and quiet ears. PLUS explained everything. Even asked and took away the empty tv box.

I was kept informed by e-mail when setup would take place, received a phone call prior to arrival and the young man was very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a professional manner and all trash was removed. I would certainly be happy to use them again.

The whole delivery and installation process went well. It was a big set up by the Geek Squad regarding my new entertainment room. Three gentlemen arrived and set up everything. No complaints.

From the moment my TV was brought into my home, the experience was great. The young men set up the TV, showed me where everything was and answered all my questions. They made me feel like I was the only person they had that day, & I was the 1st! Thank you!

Best Buy has a great team of Geek Squad installers. Randy & Nathan were very professional, kind and respectful in their line of work. They wall mounted our new Samsung TV and did a fantastic job. Thank you Best Buy and their great team of employees.

the service man came on time, was very professional and did a thorough and competent job in getting my new TV connected to the DVR, but most importantly, connecting the whole deal to a new universal remote I'd also purchased from Best Buy at the same time.

Charles once again got my system working with a new update to our universal remote and was able to adjust everything to work well. I have always had great service using the Geek Squad and Charles Paisie is one of the best.

The Geek Squad Tech who came out went over & above trying to find a digital antenna that would get over-the-air channels. We didn't have any luck, but he really was very kind to stay as long as he did & try as many options as possible!

The tech we had was wonderful. He knew how to hook my VCR, DVD player cable box and surround sound receiver. My equipment was old and he still had no issues with hook up. He was in and out within an hour. Very professional. I highly recommend!

The Geek Squad member who set up our tv and cable connection was fantastic. She was efficient, personable and friendly. She not only set the tv up, but also explained how to use the remote and answered all our questions.

Geek Squad tech was pleasant and efficient. He unboxed and set up the TV quickly and offered advice on using them both. He cleaned up after his work was complete. Also 2 Geeks showed up to remove the old TV which was bulky.

The installation service is great for those of us who are physically and/or technically challenged. The installer also removed all the packing and took my 55 inch tv that had been struck by lightning for recycling.

Jake. the Geek Squad representative, phoned twice prior to the appointment and kept us informed of arrival time. Jake was on time and provided a quick, efficient, and highly satisfactory set-up. He is a real asset for Best Buy.

The gentleman who arrived - after calling, as requested, 1/2 hour before - was simply terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, well organized, did the whole wall installation in half an hour and couldn't have been better or nice.

Showed up a bit earlier than appointment-which was good. Did a great job and even connected the sound bar. Give this guy a big promotion. Also, was educational to me, not the most tech savvy guy around.
