Customer Ratings & Reviews

Never owned a Dell before thought love their old commercials but this laptop is quite impressive.. It is quite fast with the SSD but the rest of it is quite basic for a laptop in this price range.. what impresses me is how satisfying it is to use. It feels like something high quality and not a 600 dollar hunk of plastic... I really like and want to use for most of my browsing at home and the only complaint i have is the battery but for the price its prob average... anyway a great buy!

The Dell Inspiron is very easy to operate with the touch screen, touch pad and mouse. The access and response speed is great.

My old laptop was refusing to charge, so I upgraded to a faster, cleaner laptop. I have been so happy with my purchase! The speakers are awesome, the touchscreen is fun, and the keyboard placements are perfect.

I am enjoying my new Dell touch screen laptop. I bought this one specifically, because my online class starts in August. I needed a laptop with more speed but I never knew at first that it had touch screen features available.

This is my FAVORITE DEAL, AND PURCHASE THUS FAR!!! I purchased open box excellent certified. I expected slight "minor imperfections", and HAVE YET TO FIND ANY!! I honestly feel so blessed, I was able to score this Dell!! It is touch screen, has speaking abilities, and just awesome!! Also has extra storage, and came with Windows free gor a year!! Seriously so happy I found it, and got it for the best price around!!

Good good good good good good good good good good good

Excellent laptop that provides everyday usage with quick browsing and loading. The touchscreen feature is different then most and does not smudge like every other one does. Speakers are loud and clear and the number pad is convenient.Easiest laptop to use that even a mole rat can make splendid work with it.

I was very much satisfied with my product dell has always been reliable and Durable

I love Dell computers, this one is one of the best laptops I had this far and it is also touch screen.

One of the worst laptops I’ve owned it’s only good for zoom chat and surfing the web u can’t edit on cause it won’t keep up and it gets hot of the simplest task and it constantly needs to be charged it not good.

Good solid laptop, I have already upgraded to Windows 11 and have had no problems. Not to mention it has room to upgrade the memory so it can grow with you a lot. I use it for my tester linux code box so if it can handle that then I think its pretty tough. Good buy.

This computer has given me everything I need to work with on a a daily basis.

Great laptop for the price. Better than regular laptop.

Excelente dell for students 256 gb enough for me .

Professional Review: Dell Inspiron 15.6” FHD Touch-Screen Laptop Model: i3501-5573BLK-PUS SKU: 6447114 The Dell Inspiron 15.6” FHD Touch-Screen Laptop is a dependable and versatile option for users seeking a laptop for everyday tasks and light productivity. Below is a detailed analysis of its features and performance: Design and Display This laptop features a sleek and professional black design that suits a variety of environments, from office to home use. Its 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) touch display delivers crisp visuals, ideal for multitasking, streaming, and browsing. The touch functionality enhances interactivity, making it particularly useful for creative applications and intuitive navigation. Performance Powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, this laptop efficiently handles web browsing, document editing, and basic office applications. The 8 GB of RAM supports smooth multitasking for standard workloads, though it may encounter limitations with more demanding software such as advanced video editing or 3D rendering tools. Storage is managed by a 256 GB SSD, which ensures fast boot times and overall snappy performance. However, users requiring large storage capacities may need to rely on external drives or cloud solutions. Connectivity and Ports The Inspiron includes a well-rounded set of ports, such as USB 3.2, HDMI, and an SD card reader, ensuring easy connection to peripherals and external monitors. It also supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, providing compatibility with modern wireless devices. Keyboard and Usability The full-sized keyboard includes a numeric keypad, making it convenient for users working with spreadsheets or data entry. The touchpad is responsive and precise, and the touchscreen adds a layer of flexibility for navigation and creative use cases. Battery Life The battery life is suitable for moderate daily use, though heavy or continuous touchscreen use may require recharging before the day ends. Conclusion The Dell Inspiron 15.6” Touch-Screen Laptop is an excellent choice for students, professionals, and home users seeking an affordable and reliable device. It strikes a good balance between performance, portability, and price, though its limited RAM and storage may not satisfy more advanced users. Pros: • Full HD touch display for enhanced interactivity. • Fast SSD for quick boot and system responsiveness. • Professional, durable design. Cons: • Limited storage for users with larger files. • RAM may be insufficient for intensive tasks. Verdict: Ideal for everyday tasks and light productivity, but less suitable for power users or those with high-performance needs.

Why would you send customer a dirty, satisfactory used laptop when they paid for a brand new one?!!! Where is your quality control?!! Please make sure your workers pay attention to what they are shipping to customers. This was a Christmas gift to my daughter!!! Thankfully it was replaced with the brand new one that I paid for.

Fast but a lil bulky. Basic model style very basic. Good for price. There are better looking laptops then this one. Top performer for touch screen laptops

This laptop Has served its purpose and I love how big and convenient it is to use. I use it mainly for Emailing and photoshop. It’s great! The only downside is the fact that my battery for my laptop can only go 60 mins max without a charge before it dies. I don’t really mind having to have it plugged in since it’s a fairly long wire. I have had and used this laptop for the past 4 years and it’s had no issues as to keys, or even the screen.

Compared to the last computer that I had, which was literally on its last legs, the new Dell worked well for my minimal needs...emails and googling. It was so fast that I was shocked! However, I have had to take it into the store to have it checked/tweeked twice so far, in just under 2 years. The first time the staff fixed the issue very quickly and politely told me that the problem may have been operator error. (but they were very nice about it) The second time I took it in was to get a new power cord, and I was told that the cord isn't the problem. The real issue is that the piece inside the computer that the cord connects to is loose, maybe broken, and that I have to take it someplace else to have the computer taken apart and the piece replaced "if possible". The unit shows that it is now only 25%-30% charged, and it is connected all of the time. So, if I can't find a shop to fix it, I will have to get a new computer, and keep my fingers crossed that it lasts longer than 22 months. Other than that, it works great!!

This was a last minute purchase for me. I had to get some work done during a long weekend on the road. I usually work on a fairly powerful desktop in my office with multiple monitors. I was not trying to replace my normal unit with a laptop. Instead, I wanted a fairly cheap option that would provide strong performance for occasional use. This Dell Inspiron fit the bill. For an inexpensive laptop, I think it provides great value. 256 GB Solid state hard drive is fast. 8GB RAM is sufficient for most office apps to run well. (My desktop has 32GM RAM, but I didn't notice a big difference with MS Office.) 15.6" Screen is surprisingly large and effective. Keyboard is good sized and not cramped. (However, because I was working from a hotel desk for the weekend, I added a full-sized bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse.) Battery life has been a pleasant surprise. The laptop is also lightweight. I think this laptop provides really good value for the money.
