For a gaming laptop it can't be any cheaper. It has all the specs needed to play most of the current games in the market on recommended settings, all for under $800. Battery life could be improved as it only last 5 hours while streaming TV or playing a game. Nice touch with the lighted keyboard. This laptop as surpassed all my expectations and for the price it was a steal!

Finally had my older laptop kick the bucket! So frustrating enough to find something that could work for all the things I do, I went to the Best Buy near me to check out the newer laptops out. With the price and the size of this laptop it still amazes me with how fast and simple it runs with all the editing I have to do. Runs like a dream and anyone that has the need to not have there laptop lag, this dell is for you!

Gaming laptop good laptop for gaming pretty fast works well I would recommend it

Great purchase. Enjoying my computer. Even though I am not really a huge game player, I am able to play games that I have started to enjoy. The screen is very good and I especially appreciate the touch screen. I was not sure if I would use the touch screen, but it actually has been great having that choice when it is applicable. I really love this computer. It was also a great deal. Best buy is the best.

This computer is solid. It is well made, easy to upgrade, and will run most games out in the past year and beyond at high or ultra quality. What a great deal for $599!!!!

Stock, this laptop is just about sufficient. The screen passes basic function but lacks some vibrancy. The RAM is okay at 8gb. The graphics card can run most games at lower graphics settings. Don't bother with the webcam or pre-installed microphone. Speakers are pretty tinny. Keyboard is simply fairly standard with the backlighting being unnoticeable at night. However, replacing the screen, buying another 8gb RAM stick, and obtaining a bluetooth speaker is honestly a complete upgrade for this laptop. It's only about $100 in upgrades, but they're completely worth the price considering this laptop is relatively cheap anyways (I got it open-box at ~$550). I've had this laptop for a couple years now, and the only real complaint that I have is the sheer weight of this laptop. At almost 7 pounds, this is NOT a laptop that should be used for everyday work or study. The frame is also very large and the heat sinks are very inconveniently sloped. You should buy a smaller ~$200 laptop for basic tasks such as taking notes, browsing the internet, etc. Tl;dr, decent stock laptop, great upgraded laptop, buy a 2nd, cheap laptop for carrying around

So far I've only owned this computer for about 3 days, but I've been impressed with it, I own my own custom built desktop, I got this for on the go gaming, and it works very well. I trust dell, as I've never had one die on me, And I've owned some that are from the 90's and still work flawless. This does everything I needed it to do and plays games pretty well! I would for sure recommend this to my friends.

Easy to set up even for someone not tech savvy. My sons were able to set up their gaming platforms with ease as well.

I bought this computer specifically for gaming, and would definitely recommend for those who can't invest in a full gaming system. The Sims runs smoothly, with graphics on ultra, and I don't have issues with lag or slow processing. I don't use many other features and can't speak for whatever else others may use this laptop for. Again, I would highly recommend!

This computer has the speed and memory for the applications that I most often run.

Bought this for my 12 year old son so he can play his games (Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, and Geometry Dash) as well as homework and research. Everything works great. The video quality is great as well. No lagging on any of the games. Speakers are good too. No complaints to mention on this unit.
