I bought this laptop, specifically to play "Elite-Dangerous" a graphically intensive game. It performs extremly well on ultra settings. I have yet to hook VR up up to it, which I intend to do at some point. But, for a stock machine it is excellent.

The laptop itself is great. Everything runs quickly and works well. It handles all of my gaming, entertainment, and work needs. However the screen is horrible. My old laptop was 5 years old and had a better screen than this one.

The first few days with the computer were a hellish mystery. The speakers made a static noise when sound played. Oddly enough it occurred when my headphones were in as well. After much research on my own, I was able to piece together it was a result of my wireless mouse either being plugged in a USB 3 vs the one 2 slot, OR it interfered when plugged in too close to the power supply (which I guess can interfere with wireless signals). Now none of this is the computers fault, but it erked me as it seemed a commonplace enough issue, to at least warn the buyer (even on a Dell forum), to avoid the headache. The other growing pain was the sharp corners that at times stabbed my wrist. Beyond those issues, it seemed a good purchase for the cost.

I needed a computer with the graphics card, hardware and speed to handle 3D animation rendering programs such as "Soft Image", "3DS Max" and Blender as well as video rendering programs such as "Sony Vega." The computer works very well for what I wanted.

Support in the store on selection of 2 in 1 was very helpful and the data transfer / setup by Geek Squad was great. Laptop performance has exceeding my expectations for a laptop at this price point.

I picked this up because i wanted an entry level gaming laptop and surprisingly, this laptop is pretty great with most games. It handles really well under stress and has not given me any issues yet. I have had it for about 1 year now.

I kinda game on the go so this computer it was perfect for that little to no issues with it but end the end up selling to my brother for a new laptop(i still kinda own old one tho)(he *never* really purchased it)

My 14 yr old son loves this laptop. It is so much faster than the cheap laptop he had before. I never hear him complaining about his games "lagging" anymore. Some of the reviews complained about graphics but he thinks the graphics are just fine!
