It does this two more times so I take it to best buy. It had a bad hard drive. They reorder me a new one it takes a week and a half to come, but I have had no problems with the new one, it runs like a dream.

We're glad to hear that your new laptop is working the way you had hoped it would. If you do experience another Blue Screen error we'd suggest the following:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

I'm excited to I pop that box open in the car, easy to unwrap 1 star. Second I have to wait cause, you know there no wifi in that bad boy. So I get her home, set her on the charger, and wam bam no charging mam. Charger don't work -1 star, but everything else was tight +3 star. End of story.

Posted .Thanks so much for your recent Dell laptop purchase. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the charger on your new device. Here are some steps for you to try so that you can get your charger working:
1. Inspect the AC adapter, cables and adapter (DC) port on the laptop for damages.
2. Verify the wall outlet is working correctly. Try to plug something else into the same outlet to ensure that power is provided through another power cord.
3. Drain residual power.
4. Disconnect and reconnect the power cable and AC adapter.
5. Check LED indicator on AC adapter.
6. Verify AC adapter wattage.
7. Run the Dell ePSA hardware diagnostic test.
8. Update the BIOS.
