Keyboard backlight is a cool feature. And it just looks neat. Tears through multiple programs running at once while doing homework assignments using different software or multiple tabs for research. Performs like a 1000cc sport bike of the laptop world.

Great laptop for a really good price. It has been handling all of my needs for light gaming and some programming work with ease. Sometimes the start up takes a little bit, but that's probably a configuration issue I haven't had time to look into yet.

As the summary states, this laptop is pretty solid for its price. I own a relatively high-end custom built desktop that runs pretty much everything on top settings but I wanted something to use while I was away. My girlfriend and I love to play WoW and Overwatch together but live in different towns (and states). This was perfect as I didn't need the best of the best but didn't want to play on the lowest settings. This runs both those games well on high settings. It's also worth noting that this thing's speakers are pretty dang loud. Loudest I've heard from a laptop at least. The only downfall is that the fans are just as loud. That's not necessarily a bad thing as the laptop runs pretty cool considering but it is definitely annoying until your ears get used to it.

This computer is great for Netflix and web surfing. I have plenty of games with a lot of memory left only issue I had to request geek squad a few times because the games would drop frames. Doesn't run as smooth as console but if you're a casual gamer this isn't a bad computer to pick up. Sound is top, Graphics are nice and not choppy.

Great purchase grandkids are very happy with the speed and ease of use.

Okay, so for anyone who is hella interested in an Alienware or a really expensive gaming laptop, GET THIS INSTEAD! This laptop is affordable and fantastic! (Everything runs well, there's no gaming issues, and the storage space is amazing!)

But thisnfor my brother so he can play games. His old laptop couldn't handle the game he wanted to play. Good laptop for the price. Can't complain as it was one of the cheapest priced gaming laptops in the market.

This a great gaming laptop with great battery life. Really like the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 graphics card which can handle Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain really well on max settings. It's also a great multitasking laptop!

So like I said, it's a pretty good laptop. I'm trying to build a gaming laptop/PC and I was using this for a baseline. At $800 it's not a bad price, I think, but some specs could be improved. The screen is pretty garbage. Viewing angles are nonexistent, you'll never see the entire screen with the same color from the same angle, there's always going to be some spots too bright or too dark, but such is the drawback of a TN screen and not IPS. Other things include the hybrid drive. I'm used to using a solid-state drive/flash drive from my MacBook Pro, so I'm used to those speeds. Having the hybrid drive was a fair compromise, but it wasn't fast enough for me. If you want a faster computer, definitely get one with a solid-state drive.

I imagined going for a lower priced gaming LAPTOP would make it okay, but I find it really amazing, I play csgo and rocket league a lot. Love it on this laptop, I personally love it because it provides amazing fps for the games I wished to play. Overall amazing tv, I read that the screen was not as good, but I don’t really see whats wrong. I love it
