This laptop has been a great laptop for the 1.5 years that I’ve owned it so far. One thing; please update the ram to 16GB. Running a game such as Fortnite and Discord at the same time will require you to upgrade your RAM as the audio will become choppy and your game will start to lag if you’re only running the stock 8GB. Other than that, it’s been great. One last thing I should say is be careful with the audio jack; I don’t know when it happened but mine cracked, causing the prongs on a standard 3.5MM to not catch all the way, degrading the audio or losing voice connection from time to time. Other than that, the laptop has been performing well to my needs. I’d say go for an i7 with a 16GB Ram if you’re searching for more hardcore gaming and/or video editing etc.

This is a great looking laptop that comes with good specs. And I was very excited until I actually bought it. I got 3 blue screen in 2 weeks. First BLUE SCREEN occurred due to the wireless driver. The second BLUE SCREEN because of the Nvidia graphics card (1050ti). and the third one says "Your computer has rebooted from an unexpected shutdown". This is really disappointing because I am wasting so much of my time dealing with this problems. I called Dell Support but they were no help.

Easy to set up and use, performs many functions well with multiple open windows and programs. Occasionally shuts down without notice, I don't know if this is the laptop or the [millions] if updates I get from Windows and other programs.

Quiet fast & great looking. This is my second laptop in 10 yrs. Only used the Dell for a few days . Last time to to do my taxes last week. I'm more phone savey then computer. Plan to use it more this month for getting my music organized.

This laptop has been more than I expected!! I never expected to truly be able to game on this laptop. I can game, read ebooks and do assignments/research for college and so much more with this laptop. I have zero complaints so far

Love my Dell, keyboard is cool, wish I had gotten Touch Screen thou.

I love the graphics, and the sound when i have it on the table it sounds nice and loud but when i have it on my knees or on my bed it isnt as loud, they shouldve put speakers on top instead of under the laptop. Overall great computer thoe.

Fast computer! Able to do everything we wanted it to do for gaming!!

Not the best or the fastest but good for middle of the road usage.

I've had this laptop for over a month and I've used it quite a bit. I didn't buy this as my main machine though. I have a desktop that I use for my primary machine but using this as a secondary machine for gaming on the go or for school is great. It doesn't look like a space ship and it performs well. If you're planning on buying this for strictly gaming I would not. The CPU is a huge bottleneck on this laptop. If you're going to use this for gaming and school I would recommend it. It is super portable and it isn't hard to carry it around.

My only qualms for this computer is that it is a little bulkier and you drop a little bit of frame rate not plugged into a power source, otherwise 5/5 product will run any games at great settings and havnt run into any problems yet!

I used for CAD and REVIT. Handles the tasks just fine. Graphics are excellent. Just remember, it's a lap top so you don't have a huge screen. FOR AUTOCAD and REVIT its great

I'm giving 5 stars because I purchased the laptop, then seen a newer model so I returned first with no problems. But the price was great and had I kept it I'm sure I would have been happy because the price was great at $699.

Will know more after Christmas presents are opened and started

I have had this computer for about 1 1/2 years and it got me through a lot of demanding course work. It ran engineering software pretty good and kind of kept up with SOlIDWORKS. After about a year my screen would freeze about once or twice a week and nothing would respond. When it would do this my tracking wouldn’t work and the only way to resolve the issue was to restart it. It wasn’t that big of a deal unless I was working on an important project, which meant I would loose all of my progress. I love this computer but lately it has given me a lot of issues.

It is a top notch product. It has the best specifications.

The computer runs great, has a good battery live, and has a cool design. It competes with the top tear models for a fraction of the price. Really happy with my purchase.
