Q: Is this screen the new IPS or the old TN screen?
A: This model comes with a 15.6-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS Anti-Glare LED-Backlit Display.
Q: Can I use the ssd and another internal hard drive at the same time on this laptop?
A: Yes you can, there is an empty 2.5" bay which I installed 500GB Samsung EVO SSD on it. Recognized by the system the first time!
Q: Can I add more memory? If yes, which memory do you recommend?
A: Yes you can. I installed 32GB (16GB x2) on mine and they work great. Note that you have to pick LOW PROFILE 2400MHz speed SODIMM 260pin ones, I tried the Patriot Viper and they did not fit due to the thick profile cause by the heat sinks on them. Cheers!
A: Yes this laptop does come with a 10-key numeric keypad. We are updating the pictures to reflect the 10-key keyboard.
A: Yes Samsung evo 500GB will work any HDD screws will work, memory SODIMM 260PIN 2400Hz (LOW PROFILE IS A MUST), I USED PACIFIC SUN.
Q: I have 2 questions: 1. IPS or TN? 2. Red Backlit Keyboard?
A: IPS; yes Backlit keyboard; yes / red color Cheers!
A: The screws where the red arrow pointing at you have to find them yourself. They usually come as extras with motherboards and cases.
A: the bsod is due to wifi drivers, just update the wifi driver, and the bsod goes away.
