We ended up exchanging for a desktop for $50 more and it works way better for gaming. Nice lap top for work, movies and mild gaming. Unfortunately my kid is not a mild gamer and this Lap top could not hold a quarter of the games he had on a non “gaming” lap top.

We're sorry that this Dell laptop did not meet all of your needs. In the future we'd recommend using Microsoft's OneDrive to store some files in the cloud in order to save some space on your computer. We'd also recommend removing programs that you do not plan to use on your computer.

So far the gaming experience had been good, far in comparison with my old laptop. However, if you are looking for ultra settings, this laptop is not for you. Also, I had issues with the default drivers; I thought the laptop had a factory defect and that I should return it, but what I did was to update all drivers and problem solved.
