Works flawlessly. 1st chromebook I purchased (of another brand) had issues with the touch screen. This is an ideal laptop replacement if you primarily need to check accounts and browse the web. Boots fast. The major difference with chromebooks seems to be the lack of storage, but with Office 365 everything is cloud based these days. Works well for me to manage accounts, browse the web, and stream movies while traveling. The 2-in-1 platform is great on a plane.

I used it for a.week and then I notice that the enter key doesn't work and get stuck in the down position. I decided to return the computer and get a replacement which was very easy. It boot up super fast due to the ssd drive. So far I am happy with it and will update my review if any thing else should arise.

I Initially bought it for school because a member TOLD me that ChromeBook is compatible with Microsoft word. Eventually found out that it’s NOT. It has its own version of word, which does not have all the options or settings that normal word does. Had to end up getting a different laptop and basically wasted hundreds of dollars on this one to never use it again.

To use Office on your Chromebook, install the Office mobile apps through the Google Play Store. First Chromebook

So far works great, it takes some getting used to after using Windows, but I can sync my one drove with goggle drive and use word and excel, so all is good. Took some time to figure out printing but once cloud print was set up all work fine.
