1. Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on.
2. Close all your apps and browser windows.
3. If a specific tab in your browser causes your Chromebook to crash or freeze, hard refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + r.
4. If you've installed any new apps or extensions recently, uninstall them.
5. Reset your Chromebook.

Just wanted to be able to do google searches, etc. Caught this on the certified open-box table, and therefore more value for the $$. Only disappointment, is the fact the Chromebook did not have adequate support for Firefox, but given that this is Google, and Google Chrome, understand why.

They work well to cool in summer and had a surprise added feature of heat in the winter. We went to our condo for a New Years Eve indoor celebration. The condo was very cold even with the baseboard heat on. This is because we are on an ocean block. Fortunately my daughter discovered the heat feature and were were warm and cozy.
