It often won't resume from sleep and you try over and over to get it started up. Every other Chromebook I've ever owned (Acer, HP, Samsung, Toshiba) has started instantly when you open the cover, but not this machine. Close the lid, press the power button, pray, and repeat -- sometimes it'll start, sometimes it won't. Oh, did I mention that it crashes every time you try to go to Google Docs -- and you find yourself once again jumping through a series of hoops just to get it started again? Aaaaggghhhh!!! This was a Christmas gift for my wife that I really wish I hadn't bought. Very, very unreliable.

Its big turn-off is that it has only one USB port, and of course being tied to chrome makes it restrictive.

I conclude I wanted my documents on my device and not to rely on Google docs. I also found it difficult to get used to the touch screen.

But it was perfect. 4 years later, it’s still in almost perfect condition. It’s easy to use. Touchscreen is handy. Battery life is still good too. Highly recommend.

Dell customer service is a complete joke as it seems to not standby there products. Everyone in customer service support seems to be from another country speaking broken English. I have not been able to have a positive conversation with an English speaking USA rep. since I purchased the Chromebook. I will never purchase another Dell product until they improve there customer support and even tried to contact Customer Care with a constant busy signal. My recommendation is to not purchase this product.

Good for Netflix

You can't put anything on the desktop. It isn't considered a "PC" so a lot of things I needed never worked. You have to download everything you need to use... I downloaded excel as an app and it didn't even have all the functions Excel has. Very difficult laptop to use. Also, went to trade it in after two months and it isn't even a laptop they trade in.
