First this Chromebook flys. The 1080p screen is super chrisp and rare to find. 100 times better then the 720 screens. Expect to be totally happy with this!!!! The frame is super tough and premium quality.

I purchased this chrome book back in March and I love it. The only thing I don’t like it’s kind of heavy to carry around, but other than that I haven’t had a problem with this chrome book.

My hubby purchased this for me. It is my first chromebook and I just love it! Its lightweight, has a long battery life, and all the features I need- what more can I say?! Highly recommend.

Excellent laptop I had to purchase this one because my old laptop was a little to big plus I love that this laptop comes with the stylus pen.

This is a beautiful chromebook and it has worked flawlessly for me. The screen is clear and crisp and it is great to use it as a tablet or laptop. It is fast and easy to use. It is really great!

I've had an Acer 11" Chromebook that the family uses for a few years. It got the job done for basic tasks, but it lacked polish and was starting to get a little pokey. This Chromebook is far and away a huge step up from the Acer. The build quality is superb. That's to be expected with it being a metal chassis. The Core i3 and 4GB of RAM are huge for performance! It's nice that it has 128GB of storage, but we don't intend to really use all that much. At least it's there if we needed it. The screen quality is very good and with the size of it being 14", the 1080p resolution is certainly doable. I also appreciate the Play store options on this Chromebook.

I just needed something simple and easy for occasional use when I need to upload and send docs and connect to printer for hard copies. This is perfect for me. Bought it on sale too, $200 off!

After a month of use, this seems to be a nice piece of hardware. Chrome as an OS is quirky and not entirely reliable. Document management can be a pain, and some Android apps seem to crash a lot--once they do, it seems a restart is necessary. For very general, basic use (Web access, basic productivity), it's impressive. The size and build quality might make it a good tool for travel. The 2-in-1 feature (it folds so it can be used as a tablet, is useful, and the ability to use its built-in pen to mark up documents and images on the screen is nice. (I got it considerably discounted open-box; I would be less impressed at full price.)

This chrome book is the one to get because it is at the top of it's class. it has an I-3 processor, solid build, lit keyboard and is blazing fast.

my first mid priced Chromebook worth every penny. I wish I bought another but they sold out. I just ordered an hp with the same specs hopefully it works as good as this one.

A quick buy for online school during the pandemic and it is still going without a hitch. My son loves it. I would definitely recommend.

I was amazed at how simple and easy it was to begin using this computer. I bought it for my son in order for him to complete an educational website utilized by his school.

This is the easiest best laptop I've ever had. I use it for college. I'm not a very technical savy kind of person this was a breeze to figure out. It's worth every penny!!

there is only a few things that i don't like, such as the numbers key pad that I use more then pecking the numbers on top. That's just me being picky, but for the sales price that i was able to get it for and for my basic use it has been pretty good. Probably my biggest pet peeve would be the volume is not strong by any means, the use of headphones is a must sometimes. Would like more built in ports but is easily remedied with a separate hub. I am going to be using this thing for a while.

I purchased this as an open box product. I was a little skeptical at first, but bestbuy allows 2 weeks to try out products. I'm happy I tried it, it's great quality and is super fast.

Moves along at a good speed. Good features, Nice bright screen. Love the small bezel. Some say its heavy, but I like the heavier weight. Comes with a pen built in, nice touch.

I am loving this lightweight Chromebook, sitting on my lap for hours during these COVID-19 days. Easy to use and fast. Screen is sensitive to my touch, but not so sensitive that things move when I do not want them to move when I am nearing the screen with a finger. Only one downside, and I have been using it for 5 months now, closing out a screen is not easy with a finger. The touch sensitivity at the top of the screen does not work easily every time with a finger, but using the easy to access pen-type tool -- it works perfectly. So I am loving this little machine and do recommend it. The price was great, too.

Great product I would recommend this to a friend. I love the touch screen and the built in virus protection. Great size not to small or to big can fit easy in a bag to travel.

With distance learning, my daughter needed a new chrome book and this one is worth the extra money. It is easy to use and my daughter prefers it to her old laptop.
