Honestly, its a "so far, so good" review. Set up was fast and easy. They run like a dream and look beautiful in our space. Anything else, we'll just have to start using them and see if anything comes up!

In 2022 I bought the i5410 and had problems with the speakers crackling. When it happened again in 2024, BestBuy refunded me the purchase price since it was still under their TotalTech warranty. The i5410 was known for having speaker problems. I bought the same computer (newer model i5430) because other than the speaker issues with the old one, I love this computer. It's a great size, and everything is built in so it's a sleek design.

It has a very clean and sleek design. It's the perfect size and looks great. It was an easy set up through the Geek Squad. All I had to do was go home and plug it in.

It’s really nice and looks good and working for excel and graphics is so good. Lot of features. I love it. Working with this computer.

I got this computer during a sale knowing I wouldn't need it immediately but in a few months (which did end up being 6). However, when I opened my "new computer," I found a leg broken which didn't allow me to even put it together! Since it was after the 15 days allowed to return in store, I sent it to Dell (which is what Best Buy would also have to do), and learned it was also outside their warranty time (not a year as I was told in store, nor expected for such a company). When I'd opened the other part boxes to prepare to send it to be fixed, my "new computer" sold by Best Buy had the cord and papers outside of their plastic bags, the cord obviously preopened with the tear in its empty pouch! I just hope when the repaired computer comes back I won't find it to be a real lemon, too!!! Open all boxes before setting aside to ensure you don't end up with a farse of a sale like me!

I'm very happy with my new Dell, all in one. All the newest bells and whistles and I'm able to find my way. The size is the same as my last HP all in one (which worked well, but it was time to move on) but it looks sleeker. I was nervous, and leery of the Geek Squad moving everything over and showing me how the newer things worked....but it all wirked out and I was given the time I needed and all of my questions were answered. Thanks!

I purchased the Dell Inspiron 24" All-in-One to replace a 12-year-old Toshiba laptop running Windows 10. I chose the All-in-One over a laptop for the larger screen size. I'm very happy with the 24" Dell screen, especially for zoom meetings. This new pc is light years faster than my old laptop. I also like the wireless keyboard and mouse. I found it a little harder to set up this pc than my previous ones. I didn't want to back up to OneDrive and, therefore, had to be very careful with the set up. Also, I purchased Office 24, but the system tried to default to Microsoft 365. Now that it is set up, though, I am very happy with my purchase!

First let me mention I am not a techie by any definition. I purchased this Dell on recommendation of a friend in the computer field who reviewed all of the features and said things looked solid. My first impression after the quick set up was how fast the computer transitioned through log in to programs, to the internet, to personal files, etc. The graphics and sound are spot on. The screen is a nice size and the All In One takes up very little desk space. Love the white color for monitor, keyboard and mouse. Best of all, the price at Best Buy for this Dell was very competitive with other brands of computers offering lesser features. I’m pleased with both the product and Best Buy.

I love my new Inspiron 24" all-in-one. It's first brand new computer I have had in nearly 15 years. My old one was upgraded once, but it finally gave out in April. I'm still getting used to all the new features, but so far I'm absolutely thrilled. The tech that showed me everything when we picked it up was awesome. All I had to do when we got it home was plug it in, connect it to our WiFi and install our printer. Super easy, even for me.

Just wanted to say thanks! Even though there were a few delays with the order and delivery, I'm really happy with the Dell All-in-One. It’s honestly way better than my old setup — the design is sleek, it runs great, and everything’s super easy to use. I’m more than satisfied and looking forward to getting a lot of productive use out of it for years to come.

I purchased this Dell desktop for my startup medspa, and it's been a great addition. I love the sleek white design and the touchscreen functionality—it makes navigating so easy. It also connects seamlessly with my iPhone for photo uploads, which is a huge plus for client records. The only downside is that the monitor doesn't rotate, but overall, it works perfectly for my business needs

I love my new desktop commuter by Dell. It's sleek-looking and works perfectly. We got 16GB memory and that is perfect for us. It's quick which I appreciate because I'm always in a hurry. 24 inch screen is perfect. We're 76, so we think this will be the last desktop computer we will buy.

I purchased this desktop to replace my old and outdated laptop. It works very well. The screen size is just perfect for the space and the touch screen is an added bonus. Highly recommend!!

Working great,easy to navigate and setting up was simple

I like this computer a lot. I don't like the mouse or keyboard, so I bought ones that are more comfortable and fun to use. The screen is a good size and the picture quality is mostly good. I played Sims 4 on it for a bit, and it worked okay. Graphics are not that great, but it does work. Sound is okay too. The large SSD is very nice, and the touch screen is surprisingly useful.

I got it about over a month now and it has been great. The set up was super easy and fast. Speed and storage have been great given that I’ve been using Power IB, Tableau, and even extremely large Excel workbooks. Definitely recommend for everyone from not so tech savvy individuals to college students.

This is a great computer for general home use! It's really fast and is a high quality Dell Product with more than adequate monitor size and specs not expected in this price range. You can't miss with this one if it fits your needs in a computer.
