The worst laptop ever, and terrible support

This laptop displays an error if anything is connected to it externally, stating that there is not enough power to charge.
Contacted Dell's support, and after 45 days playing around, delaying, and one onsite repair, it is still not working correctly.
They repeatedly modified the BIOS software, and each time, the condition worsened. Dell, or should I say Delay support, is one of the worst in the industry.
Buy it at your own risk.

Screen bugs make a great computer unreliable

Great computer overall, but my computer experiences screen bugs that significantly impair workflow and make this computer unreliable. It started as pixelations, then led to screen freezing and flickering. Some things I wish I knew- you can only return within the first 30 days, and Basic Support only covers hardware. Dell Support has not been able to resolve the issue, and after 3 months of back and forth, it's too time consuming for me to continue. After similar experiences with other XPS models, my experiences with this computer have pushed me to switch brands.

Solid laptop. Excellent display. Light and easy to travel with. Decent battery life but could be better. I mostly use it to run recording software and it handles really well. I have played a couple games so far and it has a great graphics card but there is still some lag when processing higher graphics. The keyboard mouse pad set up can be a little annoying. While you are typing your wrist can accidentally to all sorts of stuff with mouse pad, and its also a but uncomfortable. I really like this laptop though. The display is beautiful, and great for watching movies.

Very happy. Great speed, graphics are incredible. I was skeptical of the keyboard configuration but it’s been fine. The invisible touchpad has been no issue either. Very nice having the vents blow out the back/slides is super convenient.

I bought Dell laptop 1 month ago and have been using it since. It gives me great ease and comfort using its touch screen features. I suggest that in the future they will add USB connection directly, as I discovered mine needs an adaptor. Thank you

Been a big fan of XPS. This laptop, the screen size and speed is perfect for my everyday needs. Screen is the perfect size, not too small and not too big, speed is perfect for my everyday projects. From school to business.
But unfortunately after a week of use, I might’ve gotten a defective product as red and green pixels started appearing as their like Christmas lights floating. Thank goodness it’s less than 15 days, so i was able to exchange it. Still awaiting

This is an experimental ultra premium laptop, and you need to pay for it BUT it nails the basics. Having the air intakes on the side mean you don't need to worry about blocking ventilation, the touchpad is BIG stretching from the left alt key to the co pilot key so finding it is not an issue. The build is rock solid and the matte glass palm rest feels amazing. They keyboard takes a bit to get used to and does not feel as good as HP's current flagship offerings, but still is a great typing experience. The function row is not that big of a deal, but having skip and fast forward options would be a nice improvement. Finally, having a discrete GPU option is awesome in a non gaming small form factor laptop. As long as battery life hold up, this laptop is a great buy

This is the first time (in a long while) that I’ve visited this Best Buy—and the service that I received while shopping was impressive!
The worker who helped me while I looked around the displays was informative, and the man who helped me order my laptop (as it wasn’t in stock) was very kind.
The cashier helped with the ordering to the store and set me up with a Best Buy membership (as the warranty would be cheaper).
Overall, great service!
