    This system I immediately didn't like once it was out of the box. 1. This system has no remote control. It must be run through your cell phone or other device through an app. Its not very convenient to change the sound. 2. The system is only stereo sound. There is no surround sound with this system at all. It wasn't much different than turning up the tv to max other than the fact they provide a subwoofer. I returned this product the next day and got a Bose soundbar that IS surround sound and provides a remote and still has App access as well.

    Returned it before it was even delivered. The single speaker I got was so hard to use and kept disconnecting. Went with a more expensive system. Save your money and don’t waste your time or money.

    As electronics go this was above average easy component to install and the sound is fantastic. It is great to be able to not just use it for the TV but also to stream music from the cell phone or tablet.

    This system just did not work like promised with way to many bugs and only fair sound quality to boot. The app is terrible, Even your Geek Squad guys couldn't get it to work. I returned it and bought the Sonos system which is absolutely amazing. The Heos system is just very expensive junk.

    Purchased a soundbar/subwoofer and two additional speakers. the speakers for the other rooms work well with the smartphone app although it is a bother to have to control them through the app rather than a dedicated remote. the soundbar programming is hopeless, it refuses to connect to the smartphone app and frequently loses its programming connecting it to the TV HDMI ARC link. I would suggest you look at any other wireless sound product for your home TV theater, this one is a pretty good idea with really bad execution. next time it's Bose for me all the way.

    Constantly lost sound I am a big fan of Denon receivers and thought I would have good results with this home theater sound bar unit but was quite disappointed. No reflection on Best Buy the geek squad was great returned item and purchased a different sound bar, sonos brand. No issues now quite satisfied thank you Best Buy for the easy return

    Seemed great in the store. Couldn't get it to sync up w my wireless. Spoke to Denon support and Comcast and no one could help. Can't give it a good review simply because it never worked. Returned it.

    This product was recommended by the sales person but once it was hooked up to my new TV, we were never able to sync the two...spoke with a Denon rep and still was unable to get it to work,

    I went to Magnolia and the sales person suggested me to try this Heos by Denon. He allowed me to listen it and others brands. This sound bar was on sale and the sound was at the same quality level that other sound bar more expensive. I have it now for 6 weeks and I love it. At the beginning, It was different for me on no having a remote control, but I like the idea on not having one more for my collection of remote controls. The sound it very crispy and clear, you can hear every detail in a movie or song. The subwoofer sound very nice and smooth when playing a movie or music with the app on my iPhone or iPad I can control it the bass and treble. I tested playing Transformer movie you could hear every single sound and the subwoofer give you the right bass even thought many people are saying it is too small. I am very happy with this sound bar, and I hear that you can add more speakers to the sound bar now. I would like to ask to Denon company that for the next Heos generation it should have a on/off switch.

    mediocre product with horrible customer service. I have the same issue as many others. It loses connection with the tv so no sound comes out. I have to reset the soundbar, unplug it, turn off/on the tv to get it to work again. It's embarrassing when you're trying to watch tv with others and the 800$ audio system you purchased doesnt do anything its designed to. I contacted customer service to tell them everything I've tried to do in order to fix the issue and they said there's nothing else they can suggest but to send it into a service center on my own dime. I have to pay to ship it to the service center after only having purchased the soundbar 2 months ago! $800 wasted on the giant paperweight. Dont make the same mistake
