Not strong enough

Sadly it isn't strong enough to hold a video camera and use the monopod to lift it higher. Returned it for a full refund.

Might be a great item, not good for SLR's

No option for remote button to trigger the SLR. Likely works great for other camera or smart phone options that don't require you to remotely press a button. John 3:16
