Great for GoPro

Good for GoPro — NOT good for smart phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light weight, good extension, well made, this monopod works well with a GoPro but the provided smart phone clamp does not fit a standard iPhone 5 without shims and will not extend large enough for a iPhone 6 Plus. Will only fit a smart phone in vertical fashion. I find vertical videos hard to use, especially since my computer screen and all my video cams are 16x9 ratio.

Not for iphone6 plus

Used it for an extender on a tripod

Extends plenty high and the base has the standard female screw insert. While a bunch of other attachments came with it, I really only used the monopod and the GoPro attachment.

Very sturdy

Very sturdy, love that it came with a bag and all the screws and connections I need for multiple cameras.
