Great way to limit spending so your not going over your Buget

I bought and had this this $100 gift card shipped to me back in March. I just now opened it and scratched off the silver thing that covers the card number, but it ripped the card numbers off with it! It's possible someone opened and messed with it then glued it back and shipped it to me. Called best buy and they said they can't replace it! Don't recommend buying gift cards from here since I'm most likely out the money.

I could use them everywhere in the park restaurant and gift shops.
