Missing Promo Card

I already owned the orginal game, so the only reason i bought this was for the Promo card for lorcana, And it was Missing!!! So stupid, so i tryed to send it back and bestbuy is giving me a hard time. I didnt get a promo, i wouldn't waist my time on here with this review if i did. Hope no one else gets screwed over like i did!
