Less than 1 year later our backs just can’t do it. The mattress sags & doesn’t provide the hip support needed for stomach sleepers. I’ve reached out to customer service & asked them to honor the 365 night sleep trial to learn that because I purchased this mattress at Best Buy, Best Buy is their customer, not me… that I am only eligible for assistance through Best Buy, and they only offer a 60 day return window. I did a ton of reading before spending $1500 on a mattress, on the DreamCloud website, nonetheless, and nothing ever stated they only honor the guarantee if purchased directly from them. I’m a very frustrated consumer that’s in pain and sleeping on a mattress that causes pain because the manufacturer won’t honor their warranty. Make it make sense.
