I love our Avalon bottleless water cooler and these filters keep it going. I always purchase a new pair from Best Buy when I put the new ones in. Never any problems!

I have had my Avalon water cooler for 5+ years now and couldn’t be happier with it. Recently, I purchased a set of filters but ran into a problem after installing them. As recommended, I flushed the filters for two minutes, only to find sediment, floating in a glass of water. After repeatedly flushing the filters, it was clear that I had received a bad filter as I still found things in the water. I contacted Avalon, and to my surprise, they responded back to me right away. I asked for a replacement set. and Avalon had no problem sending one out. They sent me the new set of filters and a tracking number the next day. Top notch customer service! Avalon really came through for me and the new set of filters work perfectly as expected. I have never had any trouble before and I am a very happy Avalon customer. The whole family loves the taste of the Avalon water. I’m happy to say, I’m still a very satisfied Avalon customer!

This is a very good product. The water has a delicious taste. The product is easy to install and use. Will definitely buy it again.

This dual water filters are very good for water taste, but kind of expensive to replace hundred bucks each time.

Thisfilter set is absolutely amazing. Our water is crystal clear and tastes amazing. I highly recomend this filter system. I purchased from Best Buy and the delivey was great.
