After using it in my small office (12ft x 12ft) for 7 months, I've found it to be a solid performer with a few drawbacks. Performance In terms of heating and cooling, the HP02 does its job well. It heats the room quickly, making it cozy during colder days. The cooling function is also effective, providing a refreshing breeze when needed. However, the air throw is not as strong as I had hoped. Even at level 5, which is the highest setting for the fan, the air circulation is limited. This means that while it can maintain a comfortable temperature, it might struggle to distribute air evenly across larger spaces. So I have to sit close to the device. Suitability For a small office like mine, the HP02 is adequate. It maintains a comfortable environment, which is especially useful since I have no control over the central heating and cooling thermostat. The device is compact and fits well in limited spaces, making it an ideal choice for small rooms. I purchased this for a large bedroom and it gets the job done. I have it sitting on a dresser with the unit titled down. It purifies the air and the heater puts out a decent amount of hot air. Giving it 4 stars because I feel the “cool” marketing is deceptive; it will only blow room temp air since it doesn’t have a cooling element. And the fan isn’t overly strong.

This Dyson HP02 is okay. I like how it looks very elegant though there are things that I found myself unimpress. First, the cooling they advertisting isnt really true, ish. Basically, it just uses the air temperature and refresh it. I do not think there is coolant to make the air cold. Second, the app they do not have any disclaimer stating that due to Federal Regulation, the heater can’t be turn on using the app only through remote. So scheduling time where heater will kicks in is not an option. Next I don’t know but I cleaned my bedroom/office really clean but 90% of the time it tells me the air quality is fair even if the purifier has been on for over 48hrs and more. Crazy but overall, I’m not returning it and if ever I have to upgrade I want a black HP02 because it matches my furnitures.

It works, I was skeptical since it had big discount. Great features you can turn it on from your phone, it heats up the room in less than 20 min. The fan for cold is good but I bought just for the heater. It’s small so you can set it up anywhere.

Extremely happy with this fan. Low electricity draw and is able to heat an entire room very efficiently. Easy to operate. Also: my dogs love sleeping in front of it during the extreme cold weather we’ve had this winter.

Makes almost zero noise, works perfectly with Alexa, takes little space in the bedroom. Pricie though.

One big room didn't have air or heat conditioning and I got a quote of over $4,000 to make it comfortable in all seasons. Asked my friends and this Dyson was recommended instead. Looked online, decided to go to Best Buy to get more info. Best Buy salesperson had the same purifier in his home so he knew every answer and highly recommended it. Bought it. Installed it in a few minutes. Here are my top 5 points: Room is comfortable (not freezing) when I have the setting on 6 most of the time. Movable to specific areas. Lots of options for fan movement. Musty odors have been eliminated. It's the BEST!

Great fan, works great only issue is it started clicking after about a month very loudly when turning on oscillate.

I have had this purifier for a couple months now. I keep it in my bedroom. I have noticed a difference since I have started using it. I don't wake up with allergies like I use to. I sleep better at night.

This unit is so quiet, you barely remember it is on. Definitely notice the air cleaning function. We have had lots of smoky air, with fire season in full swing. This item makes breathing easier, and also deals with pet residue.

This beast has gotten us through multiple fire seasons and aside from purified activities it does hot/cold exceptionally well.

This product works amazing, it really cleans the air from my room. easy to operate via wifi. I recommend this product.

I really like how this how it keeps the airflow cool without being a A/C. It is also easy to switch to hear and you can choose the temperature level from lower 60s to 99°f. It also has a night time mode that dims the light and makes it run quieter but I've grown accustom to the purifiers running in my room. I have a rare for of vasculitis so it's important to keep the air around me clean. The only down side that I've found is that the remote control is the only way I've found to change any settings or to make it do what you want. If you can do it on the tower then I haven't found it yet but it's not been here that long where I've had time to check fully. I also like that the fan is covered because we have a pet bird so it's a lot safer for people who own pets and you get children.

I purchased this item because it does 3 things very well. A fan, heater with an actual thermostat and a purifier. I love that I can control the unit with the Dyson App or with the remote control that comes in the box. I will have a much cozier winter this year. We have had a few mornings where the temp was already 45 degrees outside and I was perfectly comfortable inside. The unit is pricey but it does do 3 things and if you were to purchase a separate fan, heater and purifier good quality you would be in the same price range. I love that children and pets are safe around the unit as well and it’s quiet.

I bought this air purifier, and it worked better than expected for a few months. It oscillated like a fan, while cleaning the air and heating or cooling it at the same time. For someone with severe allergies, little cold tolerance, and a house with poor air circulation, this purifier was as close to essential as it can get. Unfortunately, mine had a fatal defect. I called Dyson's customer service, and I gotta say, as far as companies go, Dyson is pretty top-tier. When troubleshooting didn't produce any results, they replaced this model with a newer, upgraded version. I liked Dyson and their products before, but I'm a true loyalist now. I can't recommend this product/company enough.

This is awesome! Heats & cools as it cleans the air which is super nice for anyone with allergies & asthma. It is loaded with features including oscillating, angle adjustment, sleep mode, temperature settings,2 timers (one for duration & one to automatically turn on on certain days/times) & best of all you can operate it on your phone on their app..Check your humidity reading,air quality rating, indoor & outdoor temp. Etc. on your phone from anywhere. Plus, you can turn it on, off, change settings etc.. No more getting out of my comply chair on a cold winters nite to turn on the heater in my large cold bedroom before bed. It warms the room up fast & I can set it to my desired temperature & it will keep it at this setting for as long as I want. Well worth the money if you can afford it!

I love my new dyson for it’s compact size and multi-directional... for the regular cool air - and because i stay in L.A. where the air quality is not the best, i love to have my air purified. Also, dyson is a fan if you will that is super easy to clean, and super easy to replace the filters. When i move, i will need a couple more for other rooms, as i already have 3, all purifying fans.
