Recently got my hair permed and needed a diffuser. I’ve been eyeing this hair dryer for a while, definitely worth the money given the versatility and ease of use. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence!

Wow this blow dryer is strong! And I have thick but straight medium length hair and it dried it within 5 mins! My fiance uses one of the attachments to style his short hair. I have yet to use them myself. I was using it and my mom thought I was using the Dyson vacuum because they sound the same lol.

I originally wanted the blue one but bought this due to availability on the president's day sale. I love the quality and feel of it. I am not sure if I'd ever use the case, but it is nice and we keep the attachments in it. This is the newer model and has a proximity sensor that adjusts the heat level automatically, it also shuts off if you are not using it. You also have the option to turn it off. It may seem pricey but it is worth the price and you certainly deserve it too. This will by far outlast in style and function any bargain priced product out there.

I am a huge Dyson fan and own many. From amazing vacuum to Dyson Airwrap. I was super excited to get this hair dryer since I dont bothet w hair dryets since all of my Airwrap parts - accessories does the job. This hair dryer is a letdown. Sadly, it went back and not worth price tag. The cool off of temp is not supported by every attachment, and on the most min level it blows out so much air that I did not expect that and almost burned my hair and scalp. I have felt it. It can take time to get used to it and learn so this so call cool off scalp adjustment does not fool you. In my case I have not felt cooling off to adjust properly and only few attachments worked with it. I didnt expect so much air and heat on lowest level. Honestly, now I can see that all those reviews who were given or gifted free product hyped it up. I achieve better results with airwrap that I own ovet ten years and have upgraded to all new tech attachments. I think Dyson could have done better job with this one. Even if purple one comes w a box, its a shame that such expensive tool they would not include a protective box w patina - topaz color. This product is probably worse than Supersonic hair dryer version. I would stick to that. Only thing I liked about this hair dryer are diffuser attachments but my airwrap has it too. No point. Wave and curl diffuser on this hair dryer did give me more bounce and body in my wavy hair. On the final note, unlike Dyson Airstraight this hair dryer should completely auto shut off when placed down but it does not. It keeps running on cooler temp. That defeats the purpose and should have a capability like Airstraight for the price tag.

It works wonders with any type of hair especially curly hair doesn’t leave it all dry it’s wonderful definitely recommending to everyone

The dryer was easy to use, but I have long, curly and it took me a minute to use it the way it’s meant to be used but so worth it. I look like my hair was done at the salon when I use it!!! I definitely recommend it as it’s worth every penny!!

I find the perfect hair dryer, stylish,of course help keep healthy hair and scalp. Disadvantaged is expensive price.I would recommend Dyson hair dryer to my friends.

This is the neatest and nicest hand held hair dryer I’ve ever owned. The technology behind this is quite impressive. There are a lot of pros that I can say about this unit, so I’ll begin with the cons. There’s only one that comes to me right off the bat. It has so many attachments and there’s no way to keep them neatly together. Dyson should think about including a bag or carrying case for the dryer and all of its attachments. The attachments are huge and seem like I need a separate drawer just to contain them. So the good. The heat is instant. And I love how it detects how far away it is from an object. So it auto adjusts how hot it is. You can see that reflected immediately by the light that is displayed throughout the unit. It turns yellow/orange for medium heat, red for high heat and blue when turned to cool. It is visually interesting. When placed upon a surface, it will detect that it’s lying down and go into an idle state of sorts. The attachments are pretty cool as well. It’s an easy attachment system of magnets. These magnets are extremely strong. But not difficult to remove and place onto the drier. I appreciate how the drier seems to remember the last settings for each individual attachment. However, I don’t see myself using all of them frequently. I do think that when using the diffuser your hands may become a bit lethargic because it does add some weight to it, and if you have long hair you’ll get tired after a while holding it over your head. The attachments are pretty cool. Each having their own independent function. But the coolest one is the diffuser and how the large bowl is kind of like an inverse diffuser which sucks the air inward and, the comb part of the diffuser that blows the air out normally. The unit itself also isn’t very loud. The heat output is immediate and on the highest setting feels like it would burn your scalp during use when felt with hand. But it doesn’t scorch or burn your scalp or hair at all. There are multiple buttons on the back side of the unit. Two located on the arm, and three located on the back side of the barrel. The ones on the barrel are hard to press while using it without having to bring it down to eye level to change. But it’s not really a negative. Once you have your settings exactly how you want them they stay with the attachment. The color way is unique and a bit funky in a pleasant way. The design is beautiful but to be expected from Dyson. This is my first Dyson product so I don’t have another one or older model to compare to. But even my kids are interested in using it because of its unique design.

The Dyson Supersonic Nural Hair Dryer in Strawberry Bronze/Blush Pink is amazing! It dries my hair incredibly fast without causing damage, and it feels much lighter than I expected. The different heat/speed settings make styling easy, and my hair looks smoother and shinier after each use. The design is beautiful and the color is stunning. Definitely worth the investment!

I have medium-length curly hair that takes forever to air-dry so I like to diffuse it with a hair dryer to about 80-90% dry. I’ve been in the market for a new hair dryer and wanted to try out the Dyson because I’ve heard so much about their hair tech. This hair dryer has pros and cons, but at the end of the day it gets the job done in the expected amount of time. The attachments are very easy to switch out and I really like the diffuser attachment. I would have liked for this package to come with a storage solution for the attachments. ATTACHMENTS The Dyson Supersonic Nural hair dryer comes with 5 attachments that are sure to suit a lot of people’s needs. I am a fan of the diffuser attachment because it comes apart and you can turn it into a dome, it’s basically a 2-for-1. It does a great job of gathering all the hair I want to dry at a time. Although it is not compatible with Scalp Protect mode, I felt like the lowest heat was comfortable for my scalp and I didn’t really feel any burning. I personally use the lowest airflow setting and the lowest heat setting. Each attachment has its own personal default air flow and heat intensity settings. The diffuser attachment originally tells the dryer to use higher flow and heat than I like, but from what I’ve read and experienced, the dryer eventually remembers that I use the lowest settings. Something to note about the lowest air-flow setting is that I hear a loud high pitched frequency. The other intensities don’t have this loud noise, or rather the frequency is higher but less loud and drowned out by the loudness of the mid and strongest air-flow. I exclusively use the lowest settings so while it isn’t a dealbreaker, the high-pitched noise at my preferred settings is a bit of a nuisance. The attachments that come with the Supersonic Nural hair dryer are very easy to attach and remove from the dryer head. They are also clearly marked with the blue icon that designates attachments that trigger Scalp protect mode which are the Gentle air attachment and Styling concentrator. Scalp protect mode uses sensors to adjust the heat setting depending on how close you are to your scalp and you can see what heat setting you’re on in two ways. One is the indicator lights next to the temperature button, and the second way is that the dryer head light will be Red for the hottest or furthest setting, Orange for the midway points, and Yellow for the cooler temp and closest proximity to your scalp. The attachments that are compatible with Scalp protect mode are ones I’m not generally going to use, but again, I like to use the lowest heat setting anyway. When Scalp protect mode is on, you cannot override the flow and temperature settings unless you press the Scalp protect button to turn that feature off. I am still debating if I like the fly-away attachment or not because with my curly hair, I really only want to use the fly-away attachment on my part. I think it might make the top layer a little frizzy, but I can get it to work right if I cover my hair where my curls start. I will add that I believe the fly-away attachment is for straighter hair styles, but my curls start a couple inches away from my scalp and I have a lot of short strays at my part that need some taming. It’s a neat attachment, I just have to use it carefully and dliberately. DESIGN & USER EXPERIENCE This product looks and feels high quality but I wish it came with a way to store the loose attachments. I enjoy the design, color, and the easy to reach buttons on the handle. The air-flow, temperature, and scalp protect buttons are smaller and on the hair dryer head rather than on the handle. I find most of the buttons / controls to be accessible one handed. Although, I may have preferred more buttons on the handle. FINAL THOUGHTS The Dyson Supersonic Nural dried my hair in a timely manner and the diffuser attachment gave me nice curls. I will continue to use this Dyson hair dryer on a weekly basis. I think the highest settings are too intense for me so I’ll stick to the lowest settings which offer satisfactory styling results. It also emits that high-pitched tone, but I’ll just have to get over that in time.

This is my review for the Dyson Supersonic Nural Hair Dryer - Ceramic in the color Patina/Topaz. I recently received this Dyson hair dryer and I want to say this is one of the best hair dryers I have ever owned! I was really excited and couldn’t wait to open this, packaging and presentation did not disappoint! Dryer is very lightweight, attachments snap on easily. I love the color and the length of the cord, even though I feel like the cord is somewhat bulky and can get in the way but it seems like it is very sturdy and well made. My hair type is short, curly frizzy and thin hair. This dryer works well and does not leave my hair frizzy straight like my previous blow dryer did. I like my hair PIN straight, and this is perfect for me,I usually finish off my hair with a flat iron after I blow dry my hair - with this dryer it’s very minimal that I have touch up my hair with a flat iron. I also like the new and updated technology with this like the function when you put the dryer down (pause detect function) Overall I would recommend this to a friend, i absolutely love all my Dyson products!
