Elden Ring is the first Soulsborne game I've played. While it is more challenging than the average game, I have found it accessible to new players. It is a high-quality and addicting experience. The game does not hold your hand, but there are subtle hints in the world that direct you to your next objective. When you find yourself dying several times in an area/boss battle, the key is to step away and level up to make the encounter easier, which is not the typical formula for your average game (but does not feel 'grindy' because the world is so interesting). I highly recommend if you are a first-time Soulsborne player or a veteran of the genre - you will not be disappointed if you try this game out.

This is a very good title for anyone looking for challenge with beautiful worldbuilding and an even better environment. This game provides you with lots of content, definitely worth a buy.

Great game! Worth the wait. There is so much to do and find. The main missions are very challenging. Be prepared to lose a lot by many enemies that will one shot you. The boss combat has been significantly upgraded. There are many caves and mines to find. I haven't finished the game because there is so much to do. It's a combination of Assassin's(stealth/map/crafting) and all the previous "From Software" titles. Bloodborne was my favorite game before but I think Elden Ring might be my new favorite. Your best bet to play it on the ps4, pro 4 pro or ps5. To this day its still slightly laggy running ps5 version on ps5. You want to play the ps4 pro version on ps5 for best experience.

One of the best games I have played in a long time. Brimming with originality in a gaming landscape where you see very few chances taken. A true masterpiece of gaming design.

Very challenging, the AI now react to your inputs so it's much more of a challenge, especially against bosses. It scratches the masochist itch :)

If you loved darksouls youll love this Even if you struggled with dark souls games you can explore the world and get stronger to return to the boss you were stuck on elden ring

I was worried at first about difficulty but its really not that bad and its fun! If you have friends try “coop”. Coop mode is the only down side

Its a soulsborne in its most accessible form in a meticulously created open world. What more do you need to know. 100+ hours in and still completely engrossing.

This game is amazing. The performance could be better but I actually enjoy it. Can’t put the controller down. It has its nerve racking moments but it was worth it.
