Purchased it in February, in August stopped working.

My original base wore out after a year. I do wish they held up better. Love the color and the minimal space it takes up.

Love the color, and the nonskid bottom. Wish they would make a cordless version

I purchased this as a replacement for my heating coaster that got damaged. I love my Ember mug, so when I couldn't keep my coffee hot, I was at a loss. This coaster was the best fix and works perfectly. Now I can sip coffee at my own pace again and not have to gulp it down before it gets cold.

I recently bought two Ember smart mugs. I also purchased this extra charging coaster for my husband to use in his office everyday since he's been working from home. Alway nice to have the extra charging coaster to keep every cup of coffee/tea hot. Very happy with purchase.

The charging coaster was purchased as an extra charging station as we consume coffee throughout the day and having an extra charging station is convenient. The coaster works wonderfully, ensuring the mug stays charged and drinks stay hot.

Works as expected. Received order quickly. Needed to replace an old one that the wire was cut.

So much more convenient. Charge at night by the coffee maker and extend the time with one where I drink my coffee.

It's the exact same charger that comes with the mug. Convenient if you want to put another charger at work or another location in your house. It's a bit expensive but works as you'd expect.

Better than buying the entire mug system. Works fine. My wife was happy as she loves her chargeable mug.

Only charger I know that works with this cup. Works well but after a few splashes the pins will not pop up and it will need a replacement. Basically this is a product you will be replacing maybe once a year or once every 18 months

I bought this coaster as a back up. I have one in my work space and one in the dining room so that way my ember mug is alway in full charge and keep the drinks hot all the time.

Works like it should and matches the copper accents in the kitchen! It’s nice to have a second charging base in the house to keep the Ember mug charged.

Spend the extra and get the second coaster for the ember! It is so useful to have multiple spots in the house where you can charge the mug!

Still wish i had got the traval mug. It's nice having hot coffee for a long piriod. And it charges fast

Needed a second base for my wife’s office. Work great! Kind of pricey but it does the job. Love the copper coloring.
