Love the look and design of the product. It worked just as the directions stated. The steamer heated up quickly and worked like a charm. The dual levels are great for garments that require more heat to remove wrinkles. It games with a nice carry bag also! Be sure to put steamer in a safe place to cool as the cooling element takes time for the heating element to cool down.

This steamer is very easy to use! One of the best features is that it heats up very quickly. It’s ready to use in about 10 seconds, which is great if you’re short on time. There is a decent amount of cord as well, so if there is some distance from an outlet, you can still comfortably use the product. I filled the water compartment completely and that was enough for the entire shirt I was steaming. I was surprised by the amount of power even the first setting had (it has 2). The steamer was also able to get out some tougher creases, especially in the sleeves. A downside is the weight of this product. As a travel item, I found this detrimental for overseas flying where the extra weight matters. Overall, this is a useful, easy to use product!
