For that price its a steal. Saved me twice that I am aware of! So already paid for itself. Wouldn't drive anywhere without it!

Simple and Reliable

Mute the x-bands, pay attention to the K-Bands and especially Ka-Bands. Slam the brakes if you get hit with a laser. Remember you're not bulletproof. It's nearly impossible to avoid POP radar if you're the only car on the road going 90 mph. Research police radar, understand the basics of what the frequencies mean and how police utilize radar and this device is golden. Great detector for the price. Only con is the utilization of beeps instead of saying what the actual detected radar band is (i.e. x-band, k-band, ka-band, etc).

Great unit!
