The robot is amazing, vacuums very good and mops like a dream, app works perfect and has everything you need, that being said.. it would have been nice to have more options like pet areas and routines, also the mapping is excellent, top notch.

Eufy has a new vacuum, the S1 Pro. The S1 Pro is not only a robot vacuum, it's also a mop. The combo vacuum/mop works well together. It is designed to basically be automatic. The only things I need to change periodically is a waste water bin and the clean water reservoir. It has a professional look and feel to the robot vacuum/mop and the base station. The base station is taller than the base stations of my other robot vacuums, but they don't also mop. Base Station The base station is a tower that has a space at the bottom for the robot vacuum/mop to sit in order to charge, fill with clean water, empty dirty water, empty it's dust bin, and dry the mop. The clean water reservoir and dirty water reservoir are both easy to get to. The dust/dirt from the robot vacuum empties into a bag that is accessible when you remove the clean water reservoir. It's designed to be easily accessible. With all of that, the base station essentially automates emptying and filling the robot so I don't have to do any of that. I only had to add clean water and empty the dirty water reservoir. It is hands free operation. There is a display on top of the base station so I can see the status of the base station operations. Emptying, filling, drying, and charging are all indicated on the screen during each of those and it has a progress indicator that shows up as well. I found that to be helpful as there were times when I was near the base station and wanted to check what part of the process it was on and the progress of that without have to pull out my phone to check the status via the app. The bast station also has three buttons next to the display. It has a home button, start button, and a mode button. I only used those buttons to make sure they were working, but typically, I started a job manually via the app until I setup schedules in the app. Regarding sound from the base station as it goes through all of those processes, it generates a low volume sound during each step in the processes to prepare for a job and also when it is done with a job. This I found to be a good thing as I was expecting the sound from it to be moderate, but it wasn't. I'm able to run the robot and have it go through the processes before and after vacuuming and or mopping at night if I wanted it to do that at night. Robot The robot vacuum/mop is only slightly larger in size compared to my other robot vacuums. This was surprising to me since the Eufy robot is not only a vacuum, but also a mop. It has a clean design and looks good. On the top of the robot are two buttons. One is the start/stop button and the other is the home button. The sound from the robot when running, is much lower than the sound from my other robot vacuums. This is a plus for me and I was very happy with that. The robot is good at covering each room and you can adjust settings in the app to suit your needs. It is very good at mapping out rooms and detecting obstacles. It was able to recognize shoes that were in the way and electrical cord as well. It placed an icon on the map in the app for each thing that was in it's way. I found that to be helpful since it did that when I had forgotten to pick up my shoes before a job and I didn't know an electrical cord would have been in it's way until it showed up on the map and I checked the location. The robot correctly detected my hardwood floors and carpet. This helps it to know when to use the mop and when not to during a job. It also helps when you want to setup zones based on the type of surface. The robot worked well on my hardwood floors and worked really good on my high pile carpet. It also did well with mopping, however, I will still need to use a mop as it didn't fully clean up a few spots where something had been spilled in my kitchen. I will use the mop feature in between the times that I use a mop. It was very helpful on the rest of my hardwood floors which was evident when I did use a mop and the mop water wasn't as dirty as it typically would be. The robot has two brushes on each side toward the front. They are used for moving debris next to base boards and other things towards the front of the robot to enable it to vacuum it up. The brushes rotate even when the robot is on carpet. During jobs that involve my carpet, which is high pile carpet, the robot would stop and state that there was an obstruction involving one of the brushes even though there wasn't anything in it's way. What was happening was that the brush's bristles would bend/fold up under the robot whenever the robot was making sever turns while on carpet. What I ended having to do when that happened was lift the front of the robot a little and unfold/straighten the bristles then lower it back down. After that it would continue to vacuum. This has been happening with each job that involves my carpet. If someone has low or medium pile carpet this likely wouldn't happen. Hopefully Eufy will address this with replacement brushes that have stiffer bristles or update the app/firmware to where I can set to the robot to not use those brushes on carpet and only use them on my hardwood floors. This has been the only problem I have had with the robot so far. App Eufy has developed a good app for the S1 Pro. There are a lot of settings you can set within the app. It's also where you can see the map, map/re-map your home, start jobs, select auto/room/zone type of job, set vacuum/mop or just vacuum for a job, manage maps, setup schedules, robot settings, carpet settings, robot voice settings, manual controls, update firmware, and use the Find My Robot feature. You can also watch the progress of the robot and see where it is on the map. Obstacles that are in its way, if it can identify them, it will place an icon on the map of the detected objects so you can see what was in its way and where the object is. It also tracks running time, charge, and square feet covered during a job. I can also see what part of the pre-job process or post job process the base station/robot is going through and the progress of each in the app. I like that Eufy has put a lot of time in development of the app and it shows. Final Thoughts I'm very happy with the S1 Pro. I whish it had been made sooner so I wouldn't have wasted money on my other robot vacuums. The vacuuming results from the S1 Pro is good enough to reduce the number of times I will use my upright vacuum each month. The mopping capability worked reasonably well such that when I use my regular mop the dirty was isn't nearly as dirty as it used to be. The robot's mop is helping to reduce the number of times I need to use my regular mop each month. The app features are far more than I would have expected. Eufy has made the S1 Pro to be hands free in it's use and it's easy to add water, empty dirty water, and change out the dust bag from the base station. The base station and the robot both are well made and look professionally made. Other than the problem with the edging brushes on my high pile carpet I have no complaints and only good things to say about the S1 Pro.

The S1 Pro has a great design first it is a little smaller than other most allowing it to get into places that other robot vacuums have trouble with. The lidar system which is front mounted to reduce the overall height of the robot and works very well to map and guide the robot through your rooms. The 3D Matrix camera system works with the 220 degree lidar to give the best navigation and object avoidance that I have ever seen in a robot vacuum. In addition to the excellent vacuum it has a great mopping system which is a roller style self-cleaning mop. The S1 Pro has a hefty 4600 milliamp battery that lets it run 184 minutes in Quiet mode, 136 minutes in Standard mode, 128 minutes in Turbo mode, and 102 minutes in Max mode before recharge according to Eufy. The robot was able to mop and vacuum my 2000 sqft space in turbo mode without recharging or returning to the base to empty. The robot design is ingenious and functional. The lid is held on with magnets which hold it well but make it easy to remove, no clips or clamps to break. You remove it to get to the dust bin, open it to access the mesh pre-filter and a paper washable E11 rated filter to keep all the dirt in and allow clean air to be exhausted out. The Wi-Fi reset button and on/off power are also located here. Just for good measure there are several QR code links to download the Eufy clean app, a support contact number, videos and some instructions on the lid and top of the vacuum. The vacuum has two modes vacuum only and Vacuum + mop. The vacuum can auto detect carpet and raise the mop head or keep it down for mopable surfaces. You can set schedules by room or the entire mapped area. Vacuum strength, mode days and times can be set. This allows a very customizable schedule. The 3D Matrix object avoidance system that consists of a camera and structured light sensors along with the front 220° lidar for navigating and mapping your house the entire shiny black front cover acts as a bumper. This combination preforms flawlessly in my space, the robot navigate without bumping anything, was able to go over all cords and transition from hard tile to carpet without getting stuck. The mapping is done on the first run and it’s fast as well as accurate. The side mounted wall sensors keep it close to walls without hitting. The two side spinning brushes compensate for this. Eufy has set the distance a little further than I like but as the firmware is tweaked they should be able to get it a little closer. There is an all rubber roller brush that ensures a good vacuum is achieved. With the adjustable vacuum levels and allowing 1 or 2 passes in the settings you can get just the right vacuum to clean all your surfaces. If you want to know moping is active there is a light on the left which comes on when the mop is down. The robot holds 240 ml (about ½ pint) of clean water for mopping. It will refill if nessesary for big areas. The mop roller is easy to remove it is released by pushing a button on the left side of the roller; you lift it and then slide it off the axle. You will probably only do this when it needs to be replaced. The roller is auto cleaning while mopping and when it returns to the dock a full cleaning and drying with hot air is done. The mop with the included detergent was able to clean my floor well removing dirt even though the floor had been mopped regularly evidenced by the dirty water in the pickup tank! There is a removable mesh screen filter which will needs to be cleaned every so often. And the 220ml (a little less than ½ pint) dirty water tank can be removed an rinsed if nessary. Eufy includes a cleaning brush to clean the mesh filter. The Dock is looks great and works well. It houses the 3 liter clean water tank uniquely there is an ozone generating device which electrolyzes the tap water to produce ozone. The ozonated water helps sterilize the floor and the mop roller. There is a fill port on the left hand side instead of a removable top, I like this less parts to loose and you are less likely for water to spill out when carrying the tank. Under the water tank you is a door that houses the 2.5 L dust bag. Dirty water that is removed from the robot is pumped into the 2 L dirty water tank on the back of the dock. This reservoir has a lid that opens for the ease of cleaning. The S1 Pro comes with a 600ml detergent pack that is a consumable that is sold by Eufy. The detergent is used for cleaning the mop roller and injected into water filling the mop reservoir of the robot. This mixing is all automatic and takes the guesswork out of premixing detergent. The dock is equipped with a small color CD screen that shows the charging percentage along with the current status of the robot. There are three control buttons a home button a start/stop/pause button and a function button that allows you to switch easily between vacuum only or vacuum and mop mode. You can also press it for 3 seconds to start a mop wash and dry cycle (quick 3hr regular 4.5hr). The drain plate is removable for easy cleaning water drains from the dirty water tank through this tray down into the base where is sucked up into the dirty water tank. Hot air for drying the mop is directed from below. Eufy includes a few extras in the box: a spare paper filter, 2 Brushes and another 2.5 L dust bag. With these features the Eufy S1 pro is an excellent robot moping and vacuum device. It is fast and does an excellent job of cleaning all my flooring. This is the best cleaning robot mop and vacuum I have ever owned and is well worth the cost.

The Cadillac of Robot Floor Cleaners

The Eufy S1 Pro is my sixth robot vacuum. It is also the best robot vacuum I have ever had. It is not perfect, but my gosh it is pretty darn close. The robot itself gives off race car vibes. It is less round and more square than similar vacuums allowing the S1’s brushes to better reach corners. It is slimmer with sensors located on the front of the robot instead of on top. It performs mopping and vacuuming well. It has good obstacle avoidance. The always clean mop is revolutionary. But the robot is only half of the equation; the other half you have a polished docking station that looks like a smart watercooler. The entire package looks good. Battery life on the robot was particularly good. So, for all the positive reasons above, I am wholeheartedly recommending S1 Pro. Unboxing: There is a lot in this packaging. In addition to the parts needed to get the vacuum running, there is a spare empty station bag, spare roller, spare side brushes, and a spare mop. Step one is removing the tape and assembling and placing the station. I chose to place the station in the kitchen / dining room area. My wife and I have a small child and a dog, and this is sticky floor central in our household. The empty station is multifaceted. You have the tray at the base of the station to aid in drying the roller. You have the bag that goes inside the station underneath one of the water tanks. You have the clean and dirty water tank. The entire station is very cool. The ozone process that sterilizes the water is a neat touch. The on-screen display is handy, and the top mounted buttons work well. Afraid your kids might push the buttons on the station? There is a child lock feature. Eufy utilizes a proprietary cleaning solution delivered through their cleaning solution tank that snaps into the empty station behind the water tank. The robot is a similar story. You must remove all tape. Inside the robot you have a filter. You have the main roller assembly. You have the mop roller. Snap on the side brushes. This vacuum charges in the rear so you must remember to put the robot in the station backwards. Experience: It was at this point that I had my first real snafu with the robot. There is a required firmware update out of the box. I got the vacuum hooked onto my network quickly with a strong signal, but I had some difficulty getting the firmware to update. Eventually I did push the update through, but I had to keep my phone screen and app on the entire time. So, if you are having difficulties with the mandatory firmware update process, I would suggest plugging your phone in and keeping the screen active during update. When you first start a run, the vacuum will map your floor plan. This process is quick. I must say this is some of the best mapping software I have seen on a robot vacuum. The maps were detailed enough that it made setting no-go zones easy in app. My first vacuuming run was a bit of a mixed bag. The vacuum performance was good. Obstacle avoidance was generally good, but at one point the primary roller got some of my wife’s hair wrapped around the end, and the entire robot shut down until I could remove said hair. At another point, the robot decided it wanted to climb up the side of my wife’s ramped desk leg at which point the robot shut down and gave me a warning that it was “off the ground.” Now, I am used to quirks with robot vacuums. As said above, this is not my first rodeo. I feel like you sort of learn the quirks and adapt your map as you go. I learned to not trust the vacuum around my wife’s desk. But since that initial run, I have run the vacuum several more times without issue. Either the vacuum or I have worked that out. The mopping process is really where this robot shines. And my toddler who enjoys throwing his sippy cups and squeezing his pouches put this robot to the test. I was honestly extremely impressed by how clean the floors were after mopping. If you tell the robot to clean a mix of carpeted and hard surface areas, the robot will pick up the mop to not make the carpeted areas wet. Once finished mopping, your auto empty station will spend four hours drying the mop to prevent odors from developing. I would suggest that you make sure every tank is properly seated in the auto empty station as my only other problem was that sometimes the auto empty station would say a tank was not properly seated or that the robot had disconnected. Conclusion: The point of a robot is to make the user’s life easier. I have always had some concerns about “set it and forget it” robot vacuums. In the past I had a robot close itself in a bathroom where it went in circles until the battery went out. Another robot made its way down the stairs. One somehow got vertically stuck on its side. These have been gadgets that are interesting, but I have never completely felt like I can just turn it on and walk away. The Eufy S1 Pro is the closest I have to that ideal. Obstacle avoidance works very well. I have some concerns about the roller obstruction and the effort to climb the desk. Perhaps a software update will fix that in the future. Since that night I have run the vacuum many times without issue. This is a polished device. It performs well. The auto empty station works well, but make sure everything is properly seated. The only other piece of advice I have is to make sure you keep stocked up on items like the proprietary cleaning solution. I know from experience that sometimes replacement parts for brushes, filters, and empty bags can become hard to find. Almost all of the parts are available through Eufy’s website as of the time of this review. I like this robot. It has been the best robot floor cleaner that I have used. I hope that future firmware updates further tweak and refine some of the performance issues I mentioned above. Easily recommended 5/5

Best Robot Vacuum I Have EVER Owned!

The Eufy S1 Pro Omni is, in my opinion, the best robot vacuum on the market. I can speak from experience, as I have had the privilege of owning five different robot vacuums over the course of several years. It really checks all of the boxes. From vacuuming to mopping, this robot vacuum is phenomenal! The vacuum looks and feels premium. The color scheme (gray/black) and design was very well planned and executed. The vacuum and the tower are not an eyesore like some of the other models from other brands I have seen. I really like the light inside the water tank as well. When the vacuum or tower is being used, a white light ring illuminates the clean water tank. If you take the water tank out the light turns red. It just looks great! The vacuum does double duty, by being able to both vacuum and mop. It can do a stand alone vacuum mode or it can vacuum and mop at the same time. As a vacuum, this device is outstanding. It maps out the rooms of your house on the first go around, and after that, it is diligent in ensuring that all accessible areas get cleaned! I have three kids and inevitably, there will be objects on the floor. This vacuum avoids objects, even small ones, with precision and ease! I absolutely hate walking on dirty hard floors. The feeling of grit on the bottom of my feet annoys me! With this vacuum, I have been impressed that my floors have no dirt on them! The vacuum even makes a conscious effort to get into the corners with the sweeping brushes on either side of the vacuum. The mop is, in my opinion, the most innovative and amazing feature of this robot. The mop is a roller on the bottom of the vacuum that applies pressure to the roller on the floor to ensure a more detailed clean. When the vacuum approaches rugs or carpet, the mop roller retracts back into the robot! This works so great! I observed an entire mopping cycle and not once did it get my carpet wet! I have full faith that if I left my house and allowed this robot to do the vacuum/mop cycle, it would do it without any issue! If, during the cleaning cycle, the vacuum needs to empty the dustbin or the mop needs more water, the vacuum returns to the base station, empties the dust bin/refills the water, and returns to start cleaning right where it left off. I also like that, from my smartphone app, I can set up a cleaning schedule! Currently, I have my robot vacuum set to begin cleaning every night at 9:00pm. At this time, all the lights are usually out in the house. That makes NO difference to this vacuum. It cleans my house in the dark! I wake up the next morning with nice vacuum lines on my carpet and clean hard floors! The tower/charging station for this robot is impressive as well! It has touch controls on top, however, I preferred to use the Eufy Clean app that I downloaded to my smartphone. Not only does it hold clean water in a tank, but also it holds a cartridge full of cleaning solution. The water and cleaning solution are automatically added to the vacuum without the user having to do it! The clean water tank also has an “ozone” feature that, according to Eufy, kills 99.99% of germs inside the tap water that is put into the clean water tank. On the back top of the tower, there is a dirty water tank! The vacuum itself washes the mop roller continuously while cleaning and stores the dirty water in a tank on the robot vacuum. When the vacuum returns to the dock, the dirty water is emptied into the tank on the back top of the tower! As if it couldn’t get any better, it does! The tower actually washes the mop roller and dries it (with heat) as well! The dry cycle for the mop roller takes a while, but this is to ensure no nasty odors or microbial growth occurs on the roller. After a drying cycle, I felt the mop roller and it was completely dry! The tower also empties the dirt bin from the robot vacuum into a vacuum back stored inside the tower underneath the clean water tank. It is so nice for the vacuum and tower to essentially make normal cleaning tasks hands free! If you couldn’t tell by my review, I definitely recommend this robot vacuum to anyone! It is impressive and the technology packed inside this vacuum and it’s charging tower is amazing! If you decide to purchase this device, you will not regret it!

    Amazing piece of engineering!

Well, if you want a five plus stars cleaning robot, lets talk the eufy S1 Pro Omni Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop platform. This is a marvel of engineering, with self-cleaning paint roller like floor cleaning component that cuts a swath of floor almost a foot wide after every cleaning pass. First lets talk about setup, the unit is sizeable and was not easy to pull out of the box. The robot is packaged in its own separate box, with base station and associated tanks packaged as a nearly assembled unit. I pulled the top the protective plastic bag to coax the base station assembly out of the box. Of course, the unit setup and operation require use of a mobile app, I used the iOS variety. The app has a pleasant and rich interface and guides you through the setup once assembled. Assembly consisted of filling the clean water reservoir, taking a few spacers out of the robot, plugging in the base station, installing the eufy cleaning solution in the base station and docking the robot. After connecting to my Wi-Fi the setup was pretty seamless and as usual evolving functionality requires new software, thus a firmware update was applied. So let me tell you about my initial use case, we recently moved to a new house and are selling the existing home which had mostly laminate floors. We repainted the home and cleaned up fairly well, however some of the spackle dust was embedded on the floor. The eufy S1 Pro was up to the task, although in fairness I took advantage of the max suction, deep and times two cleaning features. Normal maintenance would require less aggressive settings and presumably save time and consumables. After mapping my room (rather quick I thought, as most robots have to traverse the entire floor) I set upon a cleaning. Reviewing the map the robot generated evidently utilized its camera and LIDAR to “see” into sections it did not travel to, frankly amazing. Even more mind blowing was after mapping and closing the door to a room it mapped, it marked the whole room in red on the map to indicate it was not able to access the room. I let the robot do its thing and left some of the lights on in the house so it could run, not realizing this robot can essentially see in the dark by using the LIDAR. So, you do not have to keep the area lit to ensure the robot sees everything. The robot went through several maintenance dockings to the base station to recharge battery, empty dirty water, get more cleaning fluid and after the second phase of the run, perform a clean and dry the roller cycle while docked to the base station. An automated cleaning and drying cycle for the cleaning roller is huge, as other pad-based robot moppers (which really only spread the dirt around) turn into a mold smellothon. In any case the robot covered over 1840 square feet which essentially how much laminate flooring I have (920sq feet) times the two cleaning cycles it performed (earlier I mentioned I had the robot to clean two times in this first cycle). While I left the house, I occasionally checked one of my security camera to watch the progress of the robot. The next day I was amazed on the excellent results, the floor was spotless (and don’t tell my wife) looked better than any time I remember. I then went a refilled the clean water reservoir and emptied the dirty water tank, which looked like grey milk with some dirt/sand particles. I rinsed it out thoroughly and put it back into the base station. Overall, the eufy S1 Pro Omni Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop platform is one of the best mopping robots I have used. Some caveats to this review, I really did not use the vacuum function or had a lot of obstacles to challenge it guidance system. Nor did I assess how quickly the robot uses consumables. eufy includes one tank of cleaning solution, a spare cleaning roller, another pair of brushes and a cleaning tool. >>> Pros: >> first rate cleaning capabilities >> amazing example of cleaning platform engineering >> mobile app is first rate >> top display panel and overall aesthetics of the device, looks like it could be used as a miniature model for a sci-fi series. <<< Cons: << large << not inexpensive << complicated piece of engineering which asks the question, how reliable will it be long term ?

----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: The Eufy S1 Pro robotic vacuum and docking station combo is a well-designed and high-quality product, though its large docking station may be a drawback for those with limited space. The vacuum itself is compact and efficient, featuring dual brushes and excellent obstacle avoidance. It performs exceptionally well on both tile and vinyl flooring, leaving them spotless. The Eufy Clean app enhances user experience with customizable cleaning preferences. Despite its size, the docking station’s self-cleaning and refilling capabilities add significant convenience. Overall, the S1 Pro is a top-notch choice for those seeking a powerful and user-friendly robotic vacuum. Pros: - Excellent cleaning performance on both hard and carpeted floors - Smart features such as room mapping and customized cleaning - Self-cleaning docking station empties dustbin, refills water, and cleans mop roller - Easy to use with the Eufy Clean app - Sleek and modern design Cons: - Large docking station may not be suitable for small spaces ----- DETAILS ----- Design & Build Quality: If you're on the hunt for a compact robotic vacuum and docking station combo, this one might not be your best bet. It's pretty big, with the dust bin, clean water tank, dirty water tank, and cleaning solution compartment all crammed into the docking station. I get that there's a lot going on, but the size still surprised me and made me wonder where I was going to put it. But the robotic vacuum itself is about the same size as others out there. Eufy did a great job fitting in two main brushes (one for dust and debris, and the other for mopping), side brushes, and separate containers for dry debris and dirty water. It can easily go under my furniture, kitchen island, and cabinets without getting stuck. As for the build quality, Eufy definitely put some thought into the design and used high-quality components. It looks and feels like a fancy product. I was worried that it would look ugly in my house, but thankfully, it's actually pretty sleek and modern. I've had guests ask me, "What is that?" when they see it, and they always think it's cool. They even ask me to show them how it works. Features & Performance: The Eufy S1 Pro starts by making a map of your house, and it does a pretty good job at it. I was really impressed with the map it made in the app. Once you have the map, you can name and separate rooms so you can tell the robot to clean a specific area if you want. But how well does it clean? Well, my floors have never been cleaner. I have a mix of tile and vinyl flooring throughout my house, and it does a great job on both. Hard flooring shows dust and debris easily, but the S1 Pro gets everything up. It vacuums and mops at the same time, and it leaves my floors looking freshly cleaned. I run it a lot because it's so satisfying to watch. The S1 Pro also has great obstacle avoidance. It doesn't just ram into things like some robots do. It drives close to furniture and walls without hitting them. It's almost like it has a mind of its own. I even put down some obstacles like a shoe, and it avoided them without a problem. The Eufy Clean app is also really helpful. You can set cleaning preferences room by room, such as mop or vacuum only, extra suction, or even double cleaning. I have a baby, so I've set it to max suction and double clean in the kitchen and dining room after meals. But in other areas, like the living room and hallway, I just use the standard settings. The docking station is also really cool and convenient. It not only empties the dustbin and dirty water but also refills the robot vacuum with clean water and cleans and dries the mop roller. You don't even have to worry about the detergent because it automatically mixes it in with the water. Overall, the S1 Pro is a great robot vacuum. It cleans well, it's easy to use, and it's even self-cleaning. ----- WHAT’S IN THE BOX ----- 1 x UniClean 10-in-1 Docking Station 1 x Robot Vacuum 2 x Sets of Side Brushes (1 to Install, 1 Extra) 1 x Hard Floor Cleaner 2 x Rolling Mops (1 Pre-Installed, 1 Extra) 2 x High-Performance Filters (1 Pre-Installed, 1 Extra) 2 x Dust Bags (1 Pre-Installed, 1 Extra) 1 x Cleaning Tool 1 x Power Cord

I've been using the Eufy S1 Pro Omni for a while now, and it really has lightened up my home cleaning load. As the owner of three dogs, managing pet hair is a constant challenge and this vacuum seems to handle it exceptionally well, filling up quickly but emptying itself just as quickly and resuming its work, like a good little robot. From what I can tell, this is the most advanced Eufy robot on the market, and it really does show. From the build quality, the features and the performance, this unit screams top of the line! Starting with the mop, it’s a single roller and it works wonders. In my research, I’ve learned that a roller design works more efficiently than other cleaning heads. And it’s this design that allows the roller to clean itself as it works, pulling dirty water into the dirty water bin. It can clean up both dried and wet stains without carrying the water from a wet stain around the house, which is a common issue I’ve seen with other robot vacuum/mops. The roller is designed to lift when it senses carpets, though I’ve noticed that it drags a bit on my high pile rug before it gets all the way on the rug. I can fix this by setting a no mop zone, in the app, which I may do, if it becomes a problem. The way this little robot navigates is pretty amazing. It avoids every obstacle, and with 3 dogs, we have a lot of dog toys laying around. I’ve even tested it and threw a toy in front of it, mid clean, and it moves around the toy and continues on its path. I haven’t had it get stuck on my furniture at all, thanks to its low profile, which allows it to clean under most of my furniture effortlessly. It can even fit between and weave in and out of my dining room table chairs without any problems. The base is called the Uniclean station, and in my opinion, it is a game changer. It automates almost all maintenance tasks, from emptying the debris tray to cleaning the rollers and draining dirty water. It even includes an ozone generator to keep the water bacteria-free. The LCD controls on top are user-friendly, and the station’s height is perfect for accessing bins without bending over. With my last robot vacuum I was on my hands and knees emptying the bin and pulling hair from the roller often. Not with the Eufy, the Uniclean station empties the bin and the pro-detangle comb does a good job of keeping the roller free from dog hair getting tangled and built up on it which means less maintenance and better performance. While the suction on the Eufy S1 Pro is good, it’s not the strongest I’ve encountered. It’s on par with my last robot vacuum, which wasn’t exceptionally powerful either. With that said, the Eufy S1 Pro’s ability to clean daily, probably keeps dirt and debris from becoming deeply embedded in carpets and rugs, thus reducing the need for extreme suction. The side brushes do a great job of gathering debris and ensuring your floors are well cleaned. The Eufy app is packed with features, including advanced mapping, scheduling, and mop settings. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to customize the cleaning process. Overall, the Eufy S1 Pro Omni is the best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. It’s user-friendly, highly efficient, and almost fully automates my floor cleaning routine. With the Eufy S1 Pro Omni in my house, it truly feels like the future of home cleaning has arrived!

I got this Robot vacuum because I knew it was gonna be a huge upgrade. And boy was I wrong… it was a MEGA Upgrade. Like any other vacuum gets blown out of the water. Literally and thats just the software and vacuum part. Don’t get me started on the mopping. First things first unboxing experience testing is massive, but the footprint is about the same as any other vacuum. That tower is a huge tower and looks super futuristic. You definitely know this is quality just by looking at it. It has a very slick gray finish. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a robot vacuum have a lcd screen on the home tower to show you what to do. Once you do the initial settings. It takes off and does a mapping over the house and it’s upper cool seeing the radar pick up the room and running around. This thing is super nice. I have a lot of tile and hardwood in my house. I also have a dog. So this thing is a life saver. It’s has a ton of great features that make this vacuum leagues above anything else over ever owned. And I’ve owned self emptying vacuums and also mop vacuums. The tracking and obstacle detection is pretty good. I have sometimes left something on the ground and I can see on the map that it avoids it and goes around. The vacuum feature is great. And the real star of the show is mopping feature. It has a roller that instead of dragging a pad around the whole floor. This devices roller spins and scrubs the floor and actually cleans itself each rotation allowing to truly clean the floor. My floors have never been cleaner. The roller also pulls up into the device to make sure your carpets don’t get wet. The tower has a spot for cleaning solution and even has an ozone water sanitizer. To ensure the floor is clean and sanitized. Once you have it all set up you it will auto divide the rooms it detects. Then you can schedule it to clean certain rooms and certain times during the week. You can also have it do deeper cleaning or less depending on your preference. So if you need it to just vacuum, or you want it to lightly mop you can. Or you can go maximum suction and deep mopping with a double pass for a super clean clean. I love the vacuum and makes me wonder how I did it before. It so nice the have a robot vacuum that does everything and it does it great.

Eufy has become known for making security products which have good value and solid technology. I was excited to see what they might do with a robotic vacuum. While the price is high, I was very impressed! There’s a few things this model does beyond Eufy’s “Ominicleaning” machine. Specifically, the mop offers a continuously cleaned mop roller and ozoneinated water which they say works as an antimicrobial agent. Performance wise, the mopping is outstanding. At the end of the cycle, there’s a reservoir of dirty water that’s pushed to the base. There was quite a bit of dirt collected in the water, even after I’d used a Swiffer on the same floor. The roller does a nice job of scrubbing the floor with enough pressure to pick up a couple of the stuck-on items from my kitchen floor. The floor not only looks clean, but also feels clean when I walk in bare feet. The mop roller covers nearly the full width of the robot, ensuring the rooms are cleaned quickly. The robot’s obstacle avoidance processing is also outstanding. In fact, it may be a little TOO good. The robot would not go between the legs of my kitchen or dining room chairs, even though there would be enough space. When I removed the chairs, it cleaned that area of the room well. It would be nice if I didn’t have to go through that effort each time, especially as I’d like to schedule daily cleanings. It similarly avoided some straps hanging from my fireplace hearth. It was funny to watch it do waves as it rolled passed my recliner with a puffy footrest. Never once did I see it bump into anything, regardless of where the obstacle was in its vision. The vacuum was the only slightly weak part of the whole set up. It certainly picks up surface dirt, but it’s not going to substitute for a full sized corded vacuum. The difference: You can set it and forget it. The robot will wake up every day, early if you like, set out from home with only one job in mind: Make today cleaner than yesterday. It does this well, like clockwork. It works quickly and efficiently. There’s no water break (except at the end) and no complaints about how it already cleaned one room! Eufy’s robot is at least as effective as a Roomba I have from a few years ago, but significantly faster and easier to use. Overall, this is one of the better robot vacuum cleaners on the market due to it’s hard floor cleaning ability and ease of use. It’s hard to justify the cost for carpets alone

I've been interested in robot vacuums with mopping capabilities for a while, but I've hesitated to buy one due to mixed reviews. Recently, I finally bit down and aquired the eufy S1 Pro robot vacuum, which takes a unique approach to mopping. Instead of using mopping pads that can trap dirt, the S1 Pro has a rolling mopping brush that continually dispenses water to pick up dirt and deposit it into a separate dirty water tank. The S1 Pro does an impressive job as a mop, effectively cleaning stains that other robot vacuums struggle with. It also performs decently as a vacuum, although it has some difficulties with edges. If you'd like to read my full review of the eufy S1 Pro robot vacuum below. ------------------------------------------------------------ Shipping and Packaging After receiving the delivery, I noticed that the package was quite heavy, weighing around 41lbs including the box. I thought it was unusual for just a robot and a station. Upon opening it, I found a comprehensive getting started guide that was very easy to understand. There was also some more documentation in a separate package, all securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. eufy did an excellent job with the packaging and the provided documentation. Everything inside was wrapped nicely, and the robot was packed securely in another box, along with all the necessary accessories. It even included extra side brushes, a rolling mop, a high-performance filter, and a dust bag. eufy makes sure you're well-equipped with backup accessories! -------------------------------------------------------- Docking Station Design & Build Quality The S1 Pro robot vacuum operates mostly autonomously in day-to-day use, thanks to its convenient self-emptying and self-cleaning docking station. The docking station features a clear 3-liter water tank, making it easy to see when refilling is needed. It also houses the ozone creation process that sterilizes the tank, ensuring the water on-board the vacuum is more hygienic when carrying out its mopping duties. Additionally, the docking station can automatically mix detergent into the water tank using 600ml bottles of eufy’s own Hard Floor Cleaner. Dirty water is removed from the vacuum cleaner at the base of the station after roller cleaning and collected in a 2-liter tank at the rear of the station. It's important to clean this tank to prevent any unwanted smells. The docking station also dries the roller with hot air and rotates it to ensure thorough drying. A spare roller is included, which is very handy, allowing you to clean one while using the other. Dust is collected from the vacuum cleaner into a 2.5-liter bag on the station, which eufy claims can hold up to two months' worth of dirt. The vacuum itself has a small bin with a filter that can be cleaned if clogged. An LCD screen on top of the docking station provides maintenance alerts and instructions, making upkeep straightforward. Shortcut buttons on the robot and docking station allow for starting and stopping cleaning without needing the app if you’re stuck and need to send the robot back to the station but don’t have your phone on you. --------------------------------------------------------- Robot Vacuum Design & Build Quality The eufy S1 Pro sets itself apart with a mopping roller. This roller covers almost the entire width of the robot, providing thorough floor contact and a wide cleaning path. As the roller turns, it picks up dirt, which is then deposited into the robot’s reservoir. This allows the S1 Pro to mop for extended periods without requiring the roller to be cleaned, preventing dirt from being spread across the floor. However, some maintenance will be necessary: the dirty water tank should be removed and rinsed weekly, and the debris tray should also be cleaned regularly. Nonetheless, the S1 Pro is relatively low-maintenance. Its floor brush is designed to prevent tangling with hair, with most of the hair collecting at the end of the roller for easy removal. The eufy S1 Pro’s 3D Matrix Eye system utilizes a camera, sensors, and AI to navigate and avoid obstacles such as shoes and cables. It skillfully maneuvers around objects like potted plants while staying close to ensure a thorough cleaning. Although it's helpful to move some items for a deep clean, the S1 Pro generally operates without much need for intervention. ------------------------------------------------------- Vacuuming Performance The S1 Pro has 8,000pa suction power, which is one of the highest in its class. It adjusts suction power automatically on carpets, effectively removing dirt and debris from both hard floors and carpets. It comes with dual side brushes to clean edges, although corners may still need manual attention. ------------------------------------------------------ Mopping Performance I don't have any previous experience with robot vacuums, but the S1 Pro did an excellent job. It efficiently removed various stains such as black coffee, strawberry jam, and clay from potted plants placed around our hard floor surface. The roller remained clean throughout the cleaning session, ensuring consistent performance. The S1 Pro eliminates the need for a traditional hard floor cleaner. It handled spills and tougher, dried-on stains quite well. However, the roller doesn't extend fully to the edges, so you may need to do some manual cleaning with a cloth in those harder-to-reach places. The 12mm clearance of the roller prevented wetting most short-pile carpets and rugs, which is a feature that also worked effectively. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- eufy Clean App Functionality and Voice Assistants The eufy Clean app is available on both Android and iOS and is very user-friendly. When setting up the S1 Pro for the first time, a quick mapping run is needed, and the LiDAR system automatically generates a map. You can split, merge, and name rooms for convenience. The app supports virtual boundaries, no-go zones, and no-mop zones, which are useful for protecting delicate flooring or low furniture. You can control cleaning from the app, selecting specific rooms or zones and adjusting settings for vacuuming, mopping, suction power, and water usage. Voice commands via Alexa and Google Assistant allow you to start, stop, and dock the robot, which is surprisingly convenient. ---------------------------------------------------------- Battery Life & Maintenance The 4600mAh battery provides up to 170 minutes of runtime in standard mode. Even at higher settings, it covers a large area. The robot can return to the dock to recharge mid-clean if necessary and will go back to where it left off once it gets back to 65% charge, which is very clever. As mentioned previously, regular maintenance for both the vacuum and docking station includes weekly rinsing of the debris tray and dirty water tank. The docking station’s debris tray should also be rinsed to prevent clogs, though the robot will alert you if this happens. Monthly maintenance also includes wiping the robot’s sensors and checking the brushes but, thankfully, the eufy Clean app provides reminders for these tasks. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Conclusion Is the eufy S1 Pro worth your investment? If deep mopping of large hard floor areas is your priority, the S1 Pro is an excellent choice. Its roller and dirt removal system are highly effective on deep stains, and its self-cleaning capability during mopping sessions is impressive. However, if you need a combination of vacuuming, mopping, and edge performance, there may be better options available. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Pros & Cons: Pros: - Excellent Packaging and easy to understand getting started guide - First time use mapping does a excellent job - Vacuuming has some powerful suction - Mopping is excellent, lives up to its hype - The vacuum can maneuver around corners of table legs, shoes, socks, cords, you name it and it gets within 1 inch for a precision clean around the obstacle which is amazing. - In my usage, It can vacuum/mop for over a hour on a 100% battery and be finished with still 30 to 40% left in a 1,200 sq ft home with multiple rooms. Pretty impressive for having the ability to vacuum and mop! Cons: - If using the highest setting for suction during vacuuming, it is loud but expected and normal just like a normal vacuum cleaner. - When it returns to base and its emptying the dust bin, it is way louder then the robot vacuuming the floor and can last for up to 30 seconds or so until it finally turns off. - Drying the roller mop can last up to a hour or more after using the the mopping function. - Price may seem steep for some but so far, being my first ever eufy product, I say its definitely worth it!

The Eufy S1 Pro is truly the Cadillac of the robot vacuum world. I've been testing it out for about a week now and I love this thing. Setup was super simple comes with a super informative setup sheet and the app was easy to use. The design of the base and robot itself is very sleek and clean. It comes with a big water tank that is easily refillable and also comes with detergent that automictically gets mixed into the water before going off to mop. Watching it mop is super cool as it can easily detect carpet and automatically lifts the mophead to avoid getting anything but hardwood wet. Once done, it dumps out the dirty water back into the base which is super convenient. The power of the suction can be super strong and is adjusted through the app, I believe it can go up to 8.000 Pa and it certainly sounds like it at max power. The object avoidance system works amazingly this thing moves and cleans in very smart smooth movements unlike older robot vacuums that bump into things to detect objects. The app is great for me but the base also has a LED screen on it that can be used to control the robot as well. Overall, this thing is a beast. If you want a robot vacuum that can do it all and allows you to completely forget about cleaning, this one is definitely for you.

As a tech enthusiast, I was eager to get my hands on the Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro, a premium model that promises to make home cleaning a breeze with its advanced features. After extensive use, here’s a comprehensive review of my experience. Pros: Advanced Navigation and Mapping: The Omni S1 Pro uses LiDAR and advanced sensors to create accurate maps of your home, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning. It navigates around furniture with ease and rarely gets stuck. Powerful Suction and Cleaning Performance: The vacuum offers strong suction power, making it effective on both hard floors and carpets. It picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair effortlessly. Self-Emptying Dustbin: One of the standout features is the self-emptying dustbin. After each cleaning session, the vacuum returns to its dock and automatically empties the contents into a larger dustbin, reducing the frequency of manual emptying. App Control and Smart Features: The companion app is user-friendly and offers a range of customization options. You can set cleaning schedules, designate no-go zones, and monitor cleaning progress in real-time. It also integrates with smart home systems like Alexa and Google Assistant. Long Battery Life: The battery life is impressive, allowing the vacuum to clean large areas without needing to recharge frequently. When it does need to recharge, it resumes cleaning where it left off. Cons: Inability to Detect Dog Feces on Carpet: One major shortcoming is the vacuum's inability to detect dog feces on carpet. Unfortunately, this can lead to a disastrous situation where the vacuum smears the excrement across the carpet, creating a mess that requires hours of cleanup and costly carpet shampooing. This oversight is a significant drawback for pet owners. Docking Station Issues: While the self-emptying feature is convenient, there are instances where the vacuum struggles with docking properly. Occasionally, it attempts to empty the dustbin, but instead of depositing the debris into the dock’s container, it shoots debris down the ramp and onto the floor. This malfunction not only defeats the purpose of the self-emptying feature but also creates additional cleanup. High Price Point: The Omni S1 Pro is priced at the higher end of the market, making it a significant investment. While it offers many advanced features, the issues mentioned may make potential buyers reconsider if the cost is justified. In conclusion The Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro is a technologically advanced vacuum with several impressive features that make home cleaning more convenient. Its powerful suction, advanced navigation, and self-emptying dustbin are notable strengths. However, its inability to detect dog feces and occasional issues with the docking station are significant drawbacks, especially for pet owners. These flaws, combined with its high price point, prevent me from giving it a higher rating. If Eufy can address these issues in future iterations, the Omni S1 Pro could be a top contender in the robot vacuum market. For now, it earns a respectable but cautious 2 out of 5 stars.

I'm thrilled with the Eufy S1 Pro! Mapping works great, gets the floors sparkling clean & disinfects too. I have it set to sweep & mop almost the entire 1st floor 3 times a week while we sleep. Our floors have never been cleaner! This is our 1st RoboMop and we have linoleum & tile on 1st floor. It's pricey and worth every cent!

This robot is fantastic! It works amazingly well, and I absolutely love how effectively it mops the floor. The "always clean mop" feature is simply amazing. My only issue is with the mapping, as I wish it would map out the room more accurately in the app. The lines are always crooked, and I hope the mapping could resemble the iRobot app more.

For context, our first robit vacuum was a shark AI vacuum only. It was a good starter to show us what we liked like edge detection and self emptying. What didn't work for us was the fact that it didn't pick up up cat wnd wife hair at all. So i knew we needed something with lots of suction. Also on every vacation the Shark got tangled on something and couldn't complete a clean on a vacation. I'll start off with the positives, The Eufy has the incredible suction it advertises. It can suck up their hair and fur. Its object recognition and avoidance is really impressive. The battery life is pretty good considering the suction level it was on. It works really fast and does a great job at not leaving an odor. If there's a specific spot i want to vacuum we activate manual mode and remote control it to hit that spot then send it back to the base station. The only thing I'd say isn't perfect is it doesn't get all of the crumbs in the edges of the kitchen. I have to sweep thise into the middle of the kitchen. Also it got tangled on a cable once.

Thank you for your sharing and suggestions.

We are very sorry about the issue you encountered with edge cleaning and cable tangling. Normally, the S1pro can avoid objects as small as 2.5x2.5x2.5cm, so when the cable is in a straight line, our S1pro may not be able to recognize it. In this case, we recommend that customers tidy up small items on the floor before using the vacuum.

Regarding the edge cleaning issue, we hope customers can clean the side brush and contact us at support service@eufylife.com or call us at +11 (800) 994 3056. There is no doubt the market for vacuum robots is pretty crowded, but I think this one stands out, not only for its looks, but also for its design, its tech, its performance and lastly, its overall package. I have to admit I am a little surprised how well it performed for me as well as how much I have ended up liking it. As for the look, I like it. It is pretty understated. Plain. Minimal. Black (gray). Square. Not too tall. A little bit of flair with some glowing LEDs (on the unit and the base) but done well. Perhaps some are looking for more, but this is perfect for me. Perhaps a little boring, but that is what I like lol. Design-wise, I think this is where it really shines. To start, the “eyes” of this vacuum are probably the best that I have ever used. They call it their “3D MatrixEye Obstacle Avoidance” system, but all that really entails is a rather sophisticated camera system combining Binocular Infrared Imaging, a RBG camera, and LiDar along the front of the unit as well as additional side mounted sensors. Admittedly, I don’t really understand all of this tech other than in simple terms, but all that matters to me is how well it all translated into working very well for me. The mapping was quick and accurate. Beyond that though, it avoids everything in its way. I mean everything. Random things. I wasn’t really expecting that. Lastly, I think the combination of that tech as well as the shorter unit means it can get to more places, and still, it simply just does not bump into things, either random or furniture. The mopping system, which is a roller style self-cleaning mop (more on that later) is on the back end of the unit and has a LED light that indicates when it is in use with the mop down. There are fairly large (given the space) tanks for both clean and dirty water. It is easy to remove and install the dirty water tank for cleaning. As is the removable screen filter on the tank itself. Same for the roller itself. The unit disperses clean water and detergent to the roller while it is also scraping off the dirty water simultaneously as it passes. The debris is caught by the screen filter while the dirty water drains into its tank. Frankly, I am kind of shocked at how well this system works. Not only in itself, but also how well it actually mops. The mop is a nice size, spins quickly, and seems to have enough force. It really cleaned my floors, leaving them seemingly evenly wet, and looking good. Further, since it auto retracts, it never got any of my carpet wet (it can vacuum and mop on the same run). Another nice thing I did not expect but was nice to see. I don’t have the largest spaces to mop in my place, but the dirty water I am seeing in the tanks in a weird way is nice to see. As is the clean mop roller. It all just works. As for vacuuming, it is more or less more of the same. The internal dust bin is a little small, but I have not had any issues to this point, and I don’t think it should be an issue. The are two filters (a mesh and a washable paper). There is an all-rubber roller brush that is easy to remove and clean. Again, here, it just works (there is one thing I will get to later). The suction appears very good, the two side spinning brushes really pull debris to the middle, it gets around my place consistently, and does a good job. As for the rest of the unit itself, there are two easy to see and use buttons for home and start/stop on top. On the bottom of the unit there is a Wi-Fi reset button and status light, an On/Off switch, a QR code for the app download, cliff and carpet sensors and the side-spinning brushes. Under the lid (which is held on by magnets), there are some instructions as well as QR codes for tutorials and the manual. All in all, it is just a nice piece of hardware/tech. As is the dock. Again, i like the look. Perhaps more than the vacuum itself. Plain. Clean. Simple. The slightest LED Tron influences (if anyone gets that reference). It is about what you would expect size wise, and it is a bit tall, which I actually like in use. It makes accessing everything a little easier. Beyond the looks, more importantly, it does everything. Literally. Also, it does it very well. It really pulls this whole system together. It has a an easy to see and use color LCD screen that shows relevant information (charging, status…etc..) and has three buttons that allow for certain controls. The clean water tank is a nice size, so it can go a bit between fills, and it is also clear, so it is easy to see when that time comes. In that tank is the “ozone generator” that creates ozonated water to help to sanitize both the roller and the floor. I can’t really speak to the science here, but it seems a nice add. There is also a spot for the detergent cartridge that automatically premixes with the clean water for the mop. When the vacuum returns, it empties to the dock, and as such, the dock contains the dust bag and a dirty water tank. They are both good sizes and can go a bit before needing emptying. There is a tray that the vacuum sits on while docked, and some debris will collect here. I am assuming it is due to the offloading. Nothing major, but just something to note. The tray itself can be removed and is easy to clean. Lastly, while the mop is self-cleaning on the unit itself, when it returns to the dock it does a more thorough self-cleaning which also includes roller drying. This works well, and the roller comes out looking nearly new. I just can’t say enough about how much I like the entire mopping system. Perhaps this is common in this space, but I just get the feeling that the combination of continuous clean water, removing dirty water, cleaning on unit, and deeper cleaning in dock is just getting my floors clean, rather than moving around dirty water. All said, the dock looks good, is put together well, efficiently uses space, and is easy to use. Briefly, the app is solid. It has everything you would expect here, mapping, logs, multi-floor support, modes, settings, etc… That said, it is a nice user experience, is easy to navigate, looks good, and gives you everything you need. As you can tell, I like just about everything about this setup; however, there are a few things that could be better, or at the very least I need some more time with. First, while the unit gets around great, the mapping is fantastic, and the unit is beyond good at avoidance…it just does not get some “edges” as close as I think it should. Perhaps this is a trade-off for not hitting things, and honestly is not that big of an issue for me, it is something to note. Second, while I really like that there are numerous filters (and they are all easy to access), they are something that will have to be maintained/checked. Given the small size of the mopping one, that one perhaps most. Third, I will have to look into additional bags, filters, detergents, etc…and their associated costs. I know this is the case with every vacuum, but given the premium nature of this unit, it is something to be aware of. Lastly, I will need to see how this holds up over time. Durability, software, customer service. This is clearly an unknown, and perhaps will never be a concern, but I am new a vacuum like this so I will just have to see. Ultimately, I really like this vacuum/mop/system. It is well-built, looks good, performs well, and quite honestly, I think sets itself apart with some of its design choices and features, especially the mopping. It is a premium device, yes, but I feel it delivers premium performance.

I enjoy using vacuums and try to clean a few times a week. In order to help me with that task, I have been investing in different robotic vacuums throughout the years. My Eufy S1 Pro was recently delivered and I was pretty excited to give it a try and put this vacuum through its paces. I must say the S1 Pro Robot Vacuum did not disappoint me! Not only it vacuums well and it also has a new redesigned mop which does an amazing job getting rid of any type of stains. First of all let me mention a few things about its design: I really like how the new vacuum looks, frankly having this form and shape of the vacuum makes cleaning easier and with two brushes on each side, it picks up everything on its way. I have owned a few round shape vacuums and having this one is like a totally different level. The charging station with all its bells and whistles is also pretty cool and advanced. It is pretty tall (about 27 inches) and houses your water and a nice LCD display with proper buttons so if you don't want to use your phone to start cleaning or mopping you are welcome to use the control panel. As I mentioned before the vacuum itself has 2 heavy duty wheels, and two spinning brushes on both sides to pick up all your dust bunnies and any debris on its way. I like its rubber roller brush for picking up dust and debris into the vacuums, it is pretty easy to clean. When you get it all setup on your phone using the app, you will be prompted to map out your house and this vac does it quickly and efficiently with the help of the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging — is a remote sensing method used to examine the surface or area). You can simply review the rooms, rename it, and do so much more too - from combining rooms to setting up No Go zones. Frankly, I was pretty overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised by how many options and features can be setup and configured in the app. It took me a few tries to get accustomed with all the features. Now the most important part - is whether it cleans and picks up well. I must say yes, it does! In my case and in my house, it has performed very well. I did not have to use my stick vac to pick up stuff after the robot vacuum did its job. Mopping was pretty impressive thanks to the new mopping roller, that thing can really clean the floors and even stubborn coffee stains that I left on the slate floor on purpose. The mop gets cleaned and washed for you as well, which is just a huge bonus. I am very satisfied with this robotic vac from Eufy and if it is in your budget, I would recommend looking into this specific model, checking out all the online video reviews.
