Unable to play back events captured by the camera. Goes through an encryption process then unable to play video message. Many Google posts of same unresolved issues since 2023. Eufy customer service unable to resolve...they say their technical team working in it... waiting over one week.

After a month of use am satisfied with its performance. Uses local memory instead of cloud like my previous Nest doorbell, so there is no monthly fee. I have not found a way to find out how much memory is left. Many alerts if you are working in yard near door, but they are easy to erase in app. I chose this one because of battery and wired. Previous one was wired but depended on internal battery for power when doorbell was pushed. When that battery failed, it went offline when doorbell was pushed. This does not have that flaw and battery is replaceable if necessary. Picture quality is good.

I bought this eufy to replace my Blink doorbell camera. Features I like, It's on battery and I can easily recharge it with usb c (no worrying about AA batteries), recordings are stored locally via SD card (no worrying about monthly cost for cloud storage, although you can have that option), and the quality of the video is really clear. I like the presets reply it comes with and you have the option to have it kick off by either trigger or on command.

Works well to capture video when needed. Just doesnt have color night vision. The best feature is no subscription fee

Not impressed by the battery life so far. I've adjusted the settings to see if I can increase it since I've had to charge at 9 or 10 days. If you have doorbell wiring, then power should be less of an issue. Picture quality is good and all other functions are good, but for a doorbell camera to be useful it should last for a few months on a charge.

I love this Eufy video doorbell! The 2K video quality is very clear and sharp, and the sound is excellent for both listening and speaking. The motion/person detection works flawlessly, alerting me when someone is near the door, which gives me peace of mind. Setup was simple, and it works smoothly with the Eufy app. A fantastic purchase that I 100% recommend for home security.

Great video doorbell. Awesome picture. My only complaint is the battery does not last long. Two weeks max and that's with not a lot of traffic in/out of the door. If you have the option to connect this to an existing doorbell then do it.

So far this doorbell camera has not performed well. Had two instances or the battery has drained down within one day, this was solved with restarts. The capture performance of deliveries has been horrible with several packages not being detected at all. I've noticed several events that could have been captured such as people walking their dog people arriving to the house not being detected and hence no video recordings.

Great product. We use Google home and Apple HomeKit. I would like to have all under Apple HomeKit, however this device isn’t compatible with HomeKit like other Eufy products we use.

The Eufy doorbell was easy to setup, has a very good camera, and connects well in the Eufy app. Very happy with this product!

The battery doesn't last very long. It has only been operating for 2 weeks.

Great camera but the interaction it’s not good , it’s one if those that when you want to interact with the person on the other side it never upload, it’s very slow, other than that picture quality it’s good, sound is good when you get to connect

I've been considering a video doorbell for awhile now. My biggest complaint is I am so tired of everybody wanting you to subscribe to their service. This eliminates that frustration 100%. You can probably subscribe to something but it's not pushed in you or required. I love this for that reason alone.

Great camera with fast response/notification. Switch from Ring, very happy with choice.

Wonderful video doorbell. Works very well. A little sensitive though. It picks up a lot of things other than people or animals. It gets set off by any slight movement of my outdoor ceiling fan and the covers on my porch furniture. This only happens if it is windy though. It gets annoying getting alerts all the time but I would rather get alerts than not.

I have two separate entrances to the front of the house. Between the two of these, there’s plenty of coverage for the whole front of my house. The quality is superb and definitely worth the price.

The product was much bigger then i Ithought it would be. I would rather have a regular size or a little larger, but not huge.

Excellent quality camera and very easy to setup. There was a 3-5 seconds delay on the video capture. Overall i am happy with the doorbell camera.
