Awesome doorbell cam! Easy setup and install with the Eufy 3 cam system!!

Unable to play back events captured by the camera. Goes through an encryption process then unable to play video message. Many Google posts of same unresolved issues since 2023. Eufy customer service unable to resolve...they say their technical team working in it... waiting over one week.

Okay. So I have this hooked up wirelessly presently and I have to admit the picture quality is miles ahead of my ring doorbell. I have also realized that the battery last slightly less that the ring though. I do plan on wiring it up soon to get rid of this problem. I will also get a home base because I thing sometimes its slower than my ring when accessing stored footage. Even with that being said I still like it better than the ring

After a month of use am satisfied with its performance. Uses local memory instead of cloud like my previous Nest doorbell, so there is no monthly fee. I have not found a way to find out how much memory is left. Many alerts if you are working in yard near door, but they are easy to erase in app. I chose this one because of battery and wired. Previous one was wired but depended on internal battery for power when doorbell was pushed. When that battery failed, it went offline when doorbell was pushed. This does not have that flaw and battery is replaceable if necessary. Picture quality is good.

Great price great quality. My house my recently broken into and wish i had theses beforehand. It's not a security system but works to let me know when someone is outside my house and records. Got them inside and out my house. Don't have to pay for any thing but the cameras all goes to my phone and records to the system. For the price definitely worth the buy if you can't afford a expensive security system.

Easy setup, excellent video quality and on board memory option. A worthy purchase.

I bought this eufy to replace my Blink doorbell camera. Features I like, It's on battery and I can easily recharge it with usb c (no worrying about AA batteries), recordings are stored locally via SD card (no worrying about monthly cost for cloud storage, although you can have that option), and the quality of the video is really clear. I like the presets reply it comes with and you have the option to have it kick off by either trigger or on command.

I could not get the SD card installed but it is working fine w/o it. The card did not seem to secure in the slot so I just used it without it. Works better than ring

Not impressed by the battery life so far. I've adjusted the settings to see if I can increase it since I've had to charge at 9 or 10 days. If you have doorbell wiring, then power should be less of an issue. Picture quality is good and all other functions are good, but for a doorbell camera to be useful it should last for a few months on a charge.

I love this Eufy video doorbell! The 2K video quality is very clear and sharp, and the sound is excellent for both listening and speaking. The motion/person detection works flawlessly, alerting me when someone is near the door, which gives me peace of mind. Setup was simple, and it works smoothly with the Eufy app. A fantastic purchase that I 100% recommend for home security.

Great video doorbell. Awesome picture. My only complaint is the battery does not last long. Two weeks max and that's with not a lot of traffic in/out of the door. If you have the option to connect this to an existing doorbell then do it.

Works great! I love not having to sign up for another "subscription" (just using the included 32 Gb Micro-SD card). Easy to install and set up.

Easy to install. I install it as wireless. Great picturs and videos and it great to see a picture of the package on my steps in front of my door. I like to pause the doorbell while I mow my lawn. I like I don't have pay for a monthly service fee.

I decided to replace my Ring doorbell because it stopped working and I didn't want to pay a subscription. This eufy one was easy to install and the quality of the video and product are really good. I'm glad I switched!

This doorbell camera works great! Easy to pair to the base station and mount. The view is awesome and the field of view is awesome. Works awesome!!!

Excellent quality camera and very easy to setup. There was a 3-5 seconds delay on the video capture. Overall i am happy with the doorbell camera.
