Get more than one person registered is a pain. Plus it doesn't load to the app. Only the Web site. Not real happy with this at all.

Scale works great but is confusing when more than one person is weighing in. It's supposed to handle up to 8 people. Lacks clear instructions for setting up multiple users.

I love this scale and it's woreless entry into the fitbit app. It works weel and was easy to set-up. I'm not sure how accurate the % body Fat calculation/display is but overall it works!

Was difficult to set up. I love that it works with my Charge 3 FitBit. It's still difficult to find how to change the fitness level settings.

Great scale. Scale syncs up easily to Fitbit account and has a stable base. The black scale does get dirty easily, but can be wiped off. Would recommend for purchase.

Confusing instructions to guide you thru set up- still trying to figure out how to modify 'guest' to show initials of second user.

Good scale to use in connection with the fitbit. No issues yet and we have mutliple users. Not sure it represents a value versus a normal scale, but it works as needed.

Had the Aria and had a little Trouble giving me good readings. After a couple of attempts and guidance from customer service I was able to get it working right.

I love the black color, simple setup....use it faithfully. Glad I waited a year after original came out - having no issues with it. It is very dependable - as result of using it I have lost 5 pounds. It keeps me honest.

Researched smart scales and went with the this one based on accessories and app. It's app is by far one of the best. My wife and I like it so much we decided to buy one for both our moms.

The fitbit aria gave me trouble on the set up. Was not syncing properly. How ever once it was set up it is very easy To use and sync right away.

I was so pleased that I invested in the Fitbit One and not integrate my weight, diet and exercise all at one place. It has been great and has all helped me loose 15+ lbs since mid December.

A nice scale for home use with the exception of bmi calculator. If you step on the scale twice within a few minutes bmi will vary 5%

The part I like the most, it shows how badly I sleep. How many times my sleep seems to get interrupted. Something I always knew, but have a "2nd" opinion on now.

We are using it with a program called "Lose It", an online program that helps in losing weight. So when you step on the scale, it automatically sends your weight via WiFi to your account and it's logged in. It logs your weight and BMI index.

Seems to have trouble connecting when multiple users in the house...doesn't know who is using it. One of us cannot connect at all. Would return if I still had the packaging.

Scale is a functional easy addition to your FitBit regimen. It wirelessly syncs via your wifi network and will populate every time you get on the scale. With two FitBit users, it easily knows who is on the scale. Glad I bought it!

The only problem is that Body Fat monitor does not always work. Sometimes it is frustrating to retry again and again. Other than that product works as advertised.

I was hesitant to purchase due to the price but I thought it would be a good companion to the Fitbit Alta I bought. I was right! This scale is quick to sync, lights up so it's easy to read, and has worked flawlessly.

I purchased this scale to replace my old analog scale that was unreadable. While I don't know how the body fat function works, the scale part is great! I also love how it syncs with my phone and computer app!
