Love this tracker. Easy to read and operate. Charge it daily .no complaints, have had for a year.

It is a great product, it does all kinda things, heart rate, step tracker, sleep tracker, alarm.

I LOVE this fitness tracker. It monitors number of steps taken daily, amount of sleep. It can be paired with your smartphone so that you receive notice of incoming phone calls and text messages. I love that I can track specific activities such as circuit training, elliptical, biking, spinning.

Very happy with this Fitbit. It is attractive, not bulky. Keeps pretty accurate step count. My previous Garmin didn’t count my steps when I was pushing a shopping cart our holding the bar on my treadmill. This one does. Love that it tracks my sleep patterns and heart rate.

I love my charge 2! I use it at work to document my steps walked and use it to track my sleep.

I have owned Garman, jawbone and now the Fitbit Charge 2. What I liked most about the Garmin was the ability to swim in it. But the band disintegrated shortly after the one year warranty. No way to replace. Garbage. Then I bought the top of the line Jawbone. I did like their web interface and the stylish look. However I knew I was in trouble when the band kept falling off. I had bought it from a store going out of business. It took Jawbone 2 weeks to send me an attachment that kept the band on. The charging was very difficult. It seemed every time I charged it the connection with the site would drop. I would have to delete the app and reinstall it. It finally just quit charging. All of 4 months. Fitbit: charging is very easy, bands easy to buckle and replace, face looks elegant and large. Best of all for a few dollars Best Buy has given me a replacement warranty. Since I have always taken care of my trackers it shouldn't be a problem. But I was not going to buy another tracker without a warranty. Why I didn't buy from Amazon or another store? Because I don't have to send anything away and be out of a tracker while the company decides whether to replace or repair. Who needs the aggravation. Best Buy will match any advertised legitimate sale price. I learned my lesson being on my 3rd tracker in 2 years. The four instead of the five is because of the water proofing. That is a feature I miss.

This Fitbit is exactly what I was looking for. I could not decide between the Apple Watch and the Charge 2 for the longest time. I finally decided on the Charge 2 because of the sleep tracking and battery life. My only complaint is that it is not waterproof, but aside from that I love it.

Love the heart rate and step screen the most. Keeps me informed with no effort, charge lasts a long time, and comfortable as a second quick watch.

Bought several as gifts too. Very durable and the charge last 3-5 days. Great to be able to check heart rate in diffferent situations. The only downside is it’s not fully waterproof. If you do fitness swimming this is not the product. Otherwise Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I both got this fitbit and love them. She got teal and so did I but then I saw the pink and changed out the band - so easy. I had the original HR and this surpasses the original in battery life, ease of usage and tracks so much better - like steps, etc. Worth the $!

First off, I'm not a watch wearer. But I have worn it every day since I purchased it a couple of weeks ago. I have a very small wrist and at first it was a little cumbersome but now the band seems to have molded to my wrist and I don't notice it as much. I am constantly checking my steps and my heart beat because that is why I wanted it. I'm sure I'm not using it to its full capability, but it has motivated me to walk more and has set daily goals for me to achieve. The app on my phone is very easy to use. So overall it is doing what I purchased it for. I'm not a gadget person so I'm not overly focused on all the different things it can do. But it is making me aware of some negative health habits that I had developed and it is helping me change those negative habits to positive ones. I am having a better experience with it then what I had anticipated. I am reviewing the Fitbit Charge small.

Love this product, especially with the new update that's more accurate with my workouts. I love that the time pops when I turn my wrist toward me it's a really nice feature. I enjoy seeing my heart rate and the calories I burn and how well I slept. However, I wish it didn't subtract my restlessness hours from the time I've slept bc i wasn't awake for the restlessness periods

Recommend to all . Easy to use can shower and swim with it . Battery lasts several days.

It does what it says it does - tracks steps, heart rate, has settings for different forms of workout and the sleep tracker seems to be accurate (who knew I was awake so much during the night - certainly explains why I am tired.) Problems - inaccurate on stairs and the provided band isn't secure - has a habit of dropping off. Lost my first HR charge this way,.

Had a charge HR and that lasted 2 years. Got this one and like it a lot better. More features plus better communications with my phone. I can see notifications better and it also scrolls messages which I think is pretty cool so I don't have to keep pulling my phone out.

Great product. The watch band could be a little nicer, but it is ok.They need to have screen protectors for them. Works great. Battery last 2 days. Easy to charge. Seems to be accurate information. I check my information everyday on my phone. Great incentive! I would recommend it.

Works great! Very accurate to the steps and heart rate! I love that it tracks food, water, calories, fitness, type of exercise, heart rate, fitness level, steps, time, reminds you to move, works as an alarm clock, and tracks your sleep!!! Such a wonderful piece of equipment. A+

Really good fitness tracker..This is my first one and I totally loved it.. The design is much better than the fitbit charge..And the best thing is the heart tracker... It helps me track my steps and calories burnt.. I would have given 5/5 only if I didnt get nickel allergy with the band..which makes me wear it on the right hand many a times...Everything else is perfect..

I love it. Reasons It is comfortable tracks your steps your heart rate Your sleeping habits, it also links with your food tracking app. The battery life lasts about a week. I had the Fitbit charge before this one is so much better even easier to charge.
