Love the tracker and heart rate monitor. Also like that you can receive text messages, just wish that you can send texts back.

great product! reminds me to make me move every hour! its also nice getting notifications when I don't have access to my phone.

I love fit bit. Been buying since 2015. This charge 4 is best one yet. It monitors my sleep. Helps remind me to drink water which during long work hours is very helpful for my wellness. All the monitors are valuable ...heart rate etc. I am a fan.

I was looking for a smaller fitness tracker that had heart rate monitor as well as sleep monitor. This Charge 2 fit the requirement and also tracks stairs climbed, amongst other things. And the price was right. I did purchase the insurnace since my previous fitbit didn't last very long. Hoping this one is an improvement.

Try to keep active, and decided to get the Fitbit not only to document my events, but to give me an incentive to pace myself.

I like the Fitbit but the battery doesn't hold a charge for longer than 3 days and the band is discolored-a blue/black along the side of the band. Maybe reacting to the lotion on my arm?

This is my first fitbit and I like it a lot. It was easy to setup and use. I use it to track the distance I walk and my heart rate. I had a problem one time with setting the correct time after charging it and contacted customer service. They were very helpful and solved the problem right away. I recommend this product highly.

I have had this model for about a year now. I bought this one for my wife for Mother's Day. The top feature for me is Sleep tracker. It does it all though. I've got the Aria scale that sinks all the info on the app. Terrific stats. I have dropped and kept off 20 pounds with the help of the Fitbit. Highest recommendations.

It was my first time ever buying a fitbit. It was a hard choice to chose which generation but the charge 2 was the perfect size. Counts your steps and keeps track of your sleep. Very convenient features such as vibrating when your not active for a long period of time. Also includes goal setting plans to help you improve your exercises.

The device is as advertised. I see close to 4-5 days of battery life but I don't pair it with my phone all the time. I like the nudges to move every hour. Screen response could be better. Sometimes, screen won't light up like it should on the turn of my wrist. Movement needs to be very apparent/ deliberate to be recognized. I tried checking how accurate the step counts are. For every 100 steps I took, Fitbit was counting ~80 which is fine by me.
