I switched from a jawbone to the Fitbit and I love it so far. It is lightweight and comfortable, easy to use, and does well tracking my exercise. I love that it automatically starts tracking your workout after 10 minutes if you forget to set it. My only con is that it isn't waterproof.

The lavender and rose gold color is a nice touch. I love the bigger screen, the display is clear and crisp. I really like that the bands are removable so they can be cleaned properly or switched for a different color. They also updated the charger. No longer is it a flimsy cord. It's almost like a dock that fits around the middle portion. And the battery life is amazing! I can go about a week before needing to charge. For me that's 4 full days of wear and a couple hours at a time on the other 3 days. Much better than the original. What really sold me was the update on the bands. The band on the original one we're so awkwardly sized. It was too short and the large was too long. They've since added more notches and the small fits perfectly and now I can actually use the notches as they were intended. Overall a great product, I had my original for just under 2 years with no issues and I've been wearing this new one for about a month now and it's going strong!

It is so cool how this little watch can get my text message notifications, tell my steps, miles, heart rate, time and relaxation when you can breath calmly for 2 minutes. I love having a morning, mid day and evening short meditation session. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

I enjoyed it while it lasted. Few fav perks were that it advises you to walk if you haven’t within the hour, it monitors your sleep, it sends encouraging messages when you are active. But it’s not waterproof so had to be very careful when I washed my hands. After a while the screen gave out so it didn’t last me long even though I took care of it.

Very sleak design and great for adults and kids. Got it for our 9 year old boy. He loves it

I waited for months trying to decide whether to get it and am so happy I finally took the plunge. With the heart rate monitor, workout and activity tracker, it's giving me a lot of support as I'm getting back into action. The app is easy to use and provides excellent information.

Have been wearing the Fit Bit One for a few years. This upgrade to Charge 2 has motivated me to move more. Love the hourly reminders, multi exercise tracking and detailed sleep tracking. The heart rate monitor is also very helpful. Finally, the lavender-rose is a perfect color.

Purchased for 10-year old. Loves, loves it but tells me the band has started releasing for some reason. Confident the store can fix the problem.

This product is fantastic. It does everything I want it to, from measuring steps to keeping track of my heart rate/exercising. The only problem was that it thought my legs were shorter and that I was covering less ground. But after going online I found how to modify it. Easy to do

I bought my Fitbit to help me track heart rate and number of step taken in a day. I have been very happy with those features. The extras that I have learned to appreciate is the sleep tracker and getting texts from my phone. I have learned so much about my general health! Love it!

Nice size and multi purpose device. Tracks all his activities plus tells him time of day!

Bought 3 of these for each of my daughters. They all started using and immediately started to use. Report back with sleeping logs, etc. Just went snow skiing and it worked great! Similar calories reported when compared to my polar watch with a chest strap. Great watch!

What a neat fitness aide. I had low expectations but a friend had one and thought I would like it. I have really enjoyed it and particularly the motivation to make my 10K steps a day!! I am also happy it does not have to be charged every night but can go several days at a time.

I really like this watch and Fitbit in general. The reminders to move are my favorite feature because it keeps me from being sedentary. The band is the only drawback. It's comfortable, but after regular wear starts to pop off the watch - which caused the screen to chip. Luckily fitbit stands behind their products and getting a new watch was super easy.

I was going from the Charge HR to the Charge 2. There are some things in the realm of design that I like better with the Charge 2, most notably, the fact I can change the bands. Also, the screen is significantly larger than the Charge HR, allowing for more information to be displayed while working out. The build quality seems good so far. I have had no issues with bands being loose, or the infamous 'band bubble' from the Charge HR. The inclusion of the FitStar and the breathing exercises are a nice touch. The battery life has been getting a consistent 5 - 6 days. Which is pretty incredible, considering my Charge HR only got about 3. My biggest gripe with this; and it is more of a gripe with Fitbit in general, is the charging cord is completely different. As a result I can't use some of the extra cords I have from the Charge HR. I have to buy new ones. I really wish Fitbit would just make one universal charging system for all their products.

Easy to set up. Keeps me motivated to get in extra steps and I like looking at the sleep metrics too. I got used to having it on a lot faster than I thought I would. It's supposed to display when you raise your arm which doesn't always work but you can double tap it to turn it on (but then it turns off pretty quickly). Battery charge lasts a good while.

I bought the Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate for my Wife for her Birthday. She has been enjoying keeping tract of her steps, heart rate, sleeping and participating in challenges with friends. The only thing is she wishes it fit her small wrist better. I did buy the small one for her but she has a very small wrist. She said she would recommend it to others.
