Customers are saying

Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

Fitbits basic model is the Zip. It counts steps and calculates your distance and calories burned. Easy to use, without all the other bells and whistles of their more expensive models. You still get all of the abilities of the Fitbit App. which for me is a major part of the Fitbit experience. If you don't like wearing an activity tracker on your wrist and want the basics, you can't go wrong with the Zip.

I love my Fitbit- it keeps track of my daily steps and helps me stay more aware that I need to move more daily. Click in on your belt and you don't even know your wearing it

Had to replace the removable battery almost every two weeks with the unit we purchased. We had this connected to an iPhone 6 and the app from FitBit wouldn't syn correctly after a month or so of usage. The pro's would be the size of the device relative to more expensive wrist units. We ended up also purchasing the FitBit HR and have been more pleased with that device. The HR hasn't had any syncing issues with the phone unlike this unit. I would pay up for the HR just my two cents.

This fitbit zip works great and has given me the incentive to track calories in versus calories out. Plus we have family challenges to see who gets the most steps. Fun!

It does exactly what it says... Counts your steps. Might not be the most accurate but it seems to be pretty close. Can't ask for much more for the price.

I loooove my fitbit. It is small enough and does everything I've ever wanted in an pedometer. It's really a great product. It tracks really well and is easy to use with my desktop and iPhone. Cons: the clip irritates my skin. It doesn't automatically update at night, it has to be manually done. The covering does NOT match the fitbit itself, I ordered the pink one and the fitbit is a totally different color than the case/clip.

LOVE my Zip! I wear it (sometimes discreetly) everywhere! I am in constant competition(I call them motivations) with family 2,000 miles away. It's so fun and motivating to keep moving! I love it. Really. Easy to use and to set up. No problems. Oh, sometimes there are sync issues, but it's not the Zip. My phone isn't on their list of user friendly. No worries, I have a tablet and a laptop, so if I don't sync while I'm out it catches up when I get home ( I call it the surprise attack!)

Great to set goals for weight loss. You can set your own goals for daily activity and weight loss. Lots of already programmed in food selections to accurately calculate you calories and fat calories. It is nice to get badges sent to you when you have met new accomplishments, ie lost 5 lbs. It is also nice to get the weekly report to keep you motivated. We are both using the derives and we do try to be more active.

Wife loves this vs Nike. She is very active and works out daily. This is small and clips on wherever. She says it's much more accurate than the Nike wrist band she used.

I purchased my Fitbit Zip a little over a month ago. I love it! It is the most accurate pedometer I've ever used! Battery still going strong. Sometimes I have trouble syncing it to my computer, and I have to take the batter out and put it back in (make sure you don't lose the battery key that comes with the fitbit), and my Droid Razer won't sync to it. But I've tried syncing it with other phones and it worked fine (Samsung, other models of Droid, and iPhone work fine).

This activity tracker is an excellent way to get me to be more active. The best part is it clips on to my clothing and no one has to know I'm wearing it!

I purchased the fit bit to track how many miles I walk. I find it very easy to use and accurate. It is so light on my waist band I forget I have it on.

My 3 kids each have Zips and they love the 'game' of counting steps, etc. It works well for them. I've found that the One and the Charge (which I'm using now) count a little more accurately, especially the One. The Zip does not have a sleep tracker, which for me I found especially helpful. The other issue is batteries - the Zip chews threw replaceable batteries like crazy. The other Fitbits charge througgh USB. Recommend, with reservations.

I bought this Fit Bit Zip for my husband. I have a more expensive Fit Bit Charge and Zip that I have worn at the same time. I really like the Zip better. It is more accurate in recording my steps and you don't have to recharge it every few days. Just change the battery every few months. You can find the batteries everywhere and can eaisly carry a spare so you don't have to wait to get home or carry around the charge cord and a plug in adapter!

Inexpensive tracker, great for a stater. Helped me track my steps. It doesn't have all the feature of the Fitbit charge HR. Upgrading to HR.
