This is a replacement for a wrist fitbit that got lost on an airplane. Upsides: No recharging, doesn't get in the way, can leave it clipped to my belt, cheaper than the wrist fitbit. Downside- It needs to be moved if you change to exercise/jog etc. No real way to track sleep. It sometimes gets it sync messed up and required a reinstallation the iphone software. For me this has been perfect.

Small and easy to conceal. This is the basic model, but it does all that is needed for a great price. Accurately tracks steps, calories, and distance. Clips right to your clothes instead of having the irritating rubber around your wrist. Syncs to app easily.

I clip this to my clothing during the daytime and my nightgown in the evening and every step counts. Simple, straightforward counter with additional readings like calories burned, time, and distance traveled gives you options with which to track your progress. Long lasting battery, online sync, clean design, small size, easy to use, and great results!

The FitBit Zip in an affordable, reliable activity monitor for those that don't need many of the fancy functions of the expensive monitors. Unlike some of the wristband monitors, it can sense arm and leg activity, even if you are on a treadmill and are holding on! That was a big issue for me with my previous monitor - I could do an hour of walking and it wouldn't count ANY steps unless I attached it to my sneaker. I love my FitBit Zip'

I was looking for a pedometer - not a sleep tracker, calorie counter, or motivator. I just wanted something to count my steps accurately. This devise is small, unobtrusive, and very accurate. It uploads automatically, gives me options on what to display, and has been rugged and dependable. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Sort of like a pedometer "plus". Does a great job of counting steps and showing calories burned. I still can't figure out how it computes the distance though, it doesn't ask any questions about stride length during the setup. It works great though and syncs great with both the Fitbit app which then syncs flawlessly with the My Fitness Pal app. Would recommend to anyone looking to track some basic fitness data.

I bought this to track my steps and not the wristband because where I work doesn't allow you to wear anything on your wrists. This was a good alternative. The only problem I really had with it was forgetting I was wearing it so some days I would tracks my steps and other days I wouldn't because it'd still be on a previous outfit but it's pretty small and handy and accurate as well.

This item combined with your data downloaded at fitbit.com gives you a sense of competition that your run of the mill pedometer will not. I actually feel guilty about taking a day off from walking my 5 miles. Device works well except for an occasional glitch with the battery which can be remedied by a slight adjustment to the small metal prong in the battery compartment..

I think the Fitbit devices are outstanding and better than any phone app or old style step counter. They don't give false steps and to me are very accurate with the distances. I love that they sync to your phones and upload the data. They also can be linked to most food tracking system you are using.

This product tells you the time, steps walked, how intense of walk you did, how many calories you burned, and the distance you have walked each day. The clip on it is really a tight hold so you won't lose it so easily. The only drawback is having to get a specific battery when the one in it dies out. The claim is that the batteries last 4 to 6 months which isn't so bad.

It is easy to set up. Just drop it in your pocket and take off. Not only does it count your steps and miles and also your calories. It's great to be able to hook it into the pc and then you get weekly totals in your email. It motivates you to exercise even more and you feel good doing it. Great gift to give someone. They won't believe how many steps they really take in just one day.

I have the Fitbit One, and my husband wanted a Fitbit for Christmas. However, he didn't really want the sleep part, so I bought him the Zip, and he loves it! He says it keeps him motivated to move as much as he can to meet his goals of steps and distance. He now finds himself taking short breaks at work to walk laps. He loves the smiley faces for being an overachiever.

I bought this fitbit because I have 20+ pounds to lose, and I sit at my job all day, and then when I get home I'm not motivated to do much except sit some more. I had my doubts this would work, but I bought it anyway. Well, it's super easy to set up, which is a huge plus for me, and super easy to wear. On the days I wear it, it's like a mini-contest with myself to get my 10,000 steps a day in. And surprise, it's working to get me off the couch! I take walks, I go upstairs, I move around during the commercials, all to get my extra steps in. I'm glad I bought this little gadget! Also, I've dropped it on the hard floor about 5 times so far, and it hasn't broken yet, so it can take a beating.

I have been using Fitbit for several years and was in need of a replacement for an older one. This tracker goes in your pocket and tracks every step you make. It syncs to my Ipad and uploads to Fitbit all of my activity with no problems. Easy and simple to use.

I had resisted buying a fitness tracker for a while only because they seemed so pricey. I ended up buying the Fitbit Zip because of the price and the good reviews and couldn't be happier. For one, I do not like wearing watches and the idea of wearing an ugly fitness tracker on my wrist was very unappealing. My little Fitbit Zip clips inside my bra, usually, and is hidden from site. Although it doesn't have all the features of its more expensive siblings, it works perfect for what I need (tracking steps, activity, food and water intake). I had no problems setting it up with my Samsung Galaxy S4 and mainly use the Fitbit app on my phone (vs. the dashboard on my computer). However, when I want to view my activity on the computer, the dongle that is included synchs with no problems. A great buy!

My wife uses the fitbit flex and decided to get this little unit for her sister. Her sister absolutely loves it. It is easy to carry and is not bulky. And it does everything that a person could want as far as tracking your way to a healthier lifestyle. This unit coupled with the fitbit app is really all you need to get in shape fast.

This is the most inexpensive Fitbit tracker and also my favorite. Unlike one of the bracelets, it has a screen, so I can see the number of steps I've taken any time of day. I don't have to sync it to see. I slip it in my pocket in the morning and forget about it until night when I sync it with my phone so I can keep track of my overall exercise.

The Fitbit Zip is easy and quick to use. I like it better than the wrist tracker, only because I find the wrist tracker to pop open easier as I'm doing chores around the house. The easy upload is wonderful and provides a nice overall look back for progress status. I also love that you can challenge & encourage friends to step up everyone's game!
