    Bought this as a gift for my 79 year old dad who used a traditional pedometer and made his own chart to keep track. He can easily sync info to his computer/phone and see progress on a number of personalized goals. He likes the feature where friends can see one another's step progress, too. He will not wear anything on his, wrists so this is, perfect!
