I had been debating with myself about either getting a new car radio or just getting an RF transmitter. The car I drive is a pre-iphone setup so essentially the deck has radio and a CD player. After going over the price I decided on doing the less expensive route and just getting an RF transmitter. Admittedly I was hesitant about it because I have had bad experiences with them before but this one is much better. For one, you don't need batteries for it, since it plugs into the power adapter. In addition to that, this model allows for the plugging in of the iphone from it's lightning adapter to the USB. The only issue I have about it, is more about my own cars design since the parking break is so close to the car's power adapter so I would need to crane the neck of the device so that I can access the USB underneath it. But as far as it's performance, it does its job splendidly with very clear transmission. Just make sure you find a clear frequency before you start driving.

My husband purchased this since his truck doesn't have an aux input and it works well enough, but sometimes it has static, which is frustrating but better than no music!

I bought three different transmitters to try out in my pre standard auxiliary car. This one was the only one that gave clear output sound without static. It was also the only one to work directly with nlthe new iPhone. It's a great product and would recommend it to anyone.

I got this for my daughter who recently got her DL. She loves it, she’s able to listen to her music from her iPhone and the sound quality is really good. it’s only for that purpose, I thought if someone had called her on her phone she would be a i talk on her phone through her speakers but it doesn’t work that way and that might be for the best.

This FM transmitter has a great design. The swivel neck helps with positioning. (my car has a weird placement of the lighter socket) However, one thing that is pretty annoying; the plasticky, cheap buttons at the top (-1 star). Drive along anything but a perfect road and you'll definitely hear the buttons rattle. Other than that, it's great to have both the aux jack and USB port in one device.

The item works very well i thought in some areas i would loose signal but that was not the case. Sound nice and clear and easy to use as well as find channels that the device works on. Good deal even tho it is not wireless it still works just fine.

I love this product since it syncs up very well. the only drawback is it is not wireless. You will need a cable to connect the iOS device.

I like this fm transmitter to listen to my music in my car. This helped me out when the cassette player in my car went bad on me. I might hear some static but not as often. Other than that, my music music is very clear on the fm transmitter.

Good quality and works well. It was easy to setup with minimum effort.

I bought this on sale and on the recommendation from two Best Buy employees. It works better than two others I have tried- not too much static mist of the time. Like the scan button to quickly find a good frequency but of course as you drive around in and out of town, new frequencies need to be found. My biggest problem with it is the rattling sound it makes.

If you have unlimited data plan, this is better than satellite radio. Use Pandora or iheart app. Has some static in some area but mostly clear.

This is the 5th device I have tried for getting music from my smart phone into my car's stereo system. My car is a 2007 so it has no built-in Bluetooth. This device does that job well and is easy to set up. Since my phone is an Android, I have to plug a cord into my phone's headphone jack and the other end into this device. An Apple phone can be connected by plugging the usual charging cable into this device's USB port. This device won't work with an Android phone that has no headphone jack. My only complaint is that the headphone jack cord that comes with the device is flimsy and wore out quickly. I had to replace it with a better quality one.

I liked the transmitter and the sound was great but the wire was short.

Great product for a great price. Use my iPhone for stereo in old car.
