couldn't be happier with this air conditioner! It cools my room quickly and keeps the temperature comfortable even on the hottest days. The unit is much quieter than I expected, and the "Follow Me" remote is a great feature because it keeps the temperature accurate wherever I am in the room. Installation was straightforward, and the controls are simple to use. The energy-saving mode is a nice bonus, and overall it feels like a high-quality product at a great price. I would definitely recommend this air conditioner to anyone looking for reliable and efficient cooling.

This Frigidaire air conditioner 8000 BTU is a good air conditioner. No complaints. Frigidaire has been around for many years. This brand made my decision to go with this product. Did not steer me wrong.

Remote Control Missing

Ordered 3 units. Two of the three units were missing the remote control . Annoying- the remote costs about 83$ each to order via Frigidaire parts website. Very disappointing. Unfortunately we didn’t open the units to install for about a month due to a family health situation, so we are outside the window for Best Buy remediation. Otherwise the units function as expected. Would not recommend this AC due to the missing remote for two of the three units ordered. Manufacturer or Best Buy is not a reliable source for this unit- it was not as advertised. Do not order.

I always get this brand for my summer ac. This ac if well maintained will last for a long time. I have a small room so i feel i should had got the 5000btu but i like extra chill room and summer heats in nyc keep getting hotter. Thats why a extra 3000btu wont hurt.
