First one (pictured) showed up in horrible condition and destroyed. The front panel was so busted it couldn’t stay on. No styrofoam or any thing to protect it in the box so the brackets to hold it in the window were bent. I exchanged that one and waited a week for a new one to arrive at the store. Didn’t want to trust fedex with it again so I went and picked it up myself. Still looked horrible. Not as bad as the first one, but still pretty bad. Decided to try to work with it. Plugged it in and the fan worked for roughly 3 seconds before it logged itself in the side of its housing and burned the motor out. So that one was returned and that was the end of my experience trying to get an ac from Best Buy

GREAT AC

The driver dropped it on the porch so hard the house shook. The box was soaking wet. We therefore returned it without even unwrapping it, fearing it was sitting in water somewhere.
