This is a very pretty shiny oven and it cooks so good.

Contemporary style, very easy to use! Love self clean!

overall, baking is good. wish the oven was bigger and the temperature and timer beeps were louder.

It's not the top of the line but for one who doesn't need all the bells and whistles, this wall oven/broiler suits the the purpose for what it was intended for. It's just my husband and myself and I am not known for loving to cook. Visually, it's as appealing as any of the top of the line ovens and it's perfect for the people who don't want, or can't spend a lot of money. My opinion is it's a great oven and I have had Frigidaire in my kitchen for over 25 years and have never had any issues.

Idk why people give dumb reviews it doesn't make a lot of noise fit perfectly and is really good. Since it's new it warms up super fast pretty spacious

It's a great oven, it looks good and large enough to cook a lot of dishes at the same time and the price is great!

This item seems to be defective - can't maintain a steady temp over about 400 degrees. Cookies & cakes ok but can't keep a steady hot temperature for roasting veggies or baking a pizza. Repair services have been out twice & both times have tested the oven with their thermometer & say it is performing within expectations, which they say is a 40 degree fluctuation in either direction. We observed when set at 500 that the oven shot up to 580 & then dropped down over 100 degrees over 15 minutes. And yet the repairman refused to say that the item was defective, and so we are not eligible for a replacement item. I tried to call Best Buy to return the item (because it was a "Black Friday" purchase it's eligible for return til Jan 14 2018) and was on hold for 40 min & as soon as my call got answered, I got disconnected within 10 seconds (I specifically called from a landline, so it wasn't my cell connection) and no one called me back. Very frustrating & I feel disappointed with the "Pacific Sales" brand, since I expect more in terms of customer service.

My oven was installed wrong and my cabinet was modified by the installer who didn't care about how the oven was fitted. I dealt with this for almost a month before BB could get a reliable installer to come out.

It looks attractive in stainless steel and works fine, just very lightweight compared to the oven we took out. Sides were a bit wobbly.

I bought it to replace the old one. It easy to set up and works very good. My wife used it to make cakes and she is love it.

On Sept 26, Best Buy promised to send a teach person But failed to come

Yeah, it's attractive and easy to use and a nice oven that bakes well BUT!!!!!!! the broiler cycles OFF and on. When it reaches its High temp, it turns completely off......I've never heard of something like that. When I want to broil fish or a steak I want to broil it and not bake it. So the meat sits there in the warm air without a flame. I called, I complained, they said that's how it works. Thanks for letting me know before I spent an enormous amount of money on something I cannot cook with. I am so upset. So I want to share with any of you who actually like to broil.

I've had this for almost 3 yrs and I gave up using it after a month and just try to microwave things. it takes FOREVER to heat up "if it heats up at all" and doesn't cook any foods really I bought the 3 yr warranty as well but it's no use. this oven is horrible!! The previous oven my family had lasted over 30 yrs and would take 2 mins to preheat. They sure don't make things like they used to! And this bothers me because I used to like to make simmering pork chops marinated in the oven. now I can't even make my 4 yr old autistic son french fries in this oven that is HIGHLY overpriced. I'd call up Best But but all of them around me have closed!!!
