The best dehumidifier I've ever had. Runs quiet but removes humidity very quickly. Can't keep up with it. Have to empty the bucket multiple times a day. Just wish I had a place to drain the water to use the continuous drain feature.

Had it for a month now. Working great. Have it in my basement and it keeps the humidity steady. I did buy a separate pump to help move the water a greater distance. Don't have to worry about emptying the bucket twice a day now.

I followed the instructions and let it run full blast for 3 days to equalize the humidity in the house and it works great it pulls a ton of water and humidity! I have already recommended it a few times to friends and family.

Bought this to reduce the humidity in the room that our piano is in. The keys had started sticking. Plugged this in and no more sticky keys. Humidifier is fairly quiet and pulls that moisture out. Have had it about 3 weeks.

It does a great job getting the humidity out of the house. Runs very quiet that you don't know it even on. Only complaint is the water bucket is not very big. Need to check it a lot on those humid days as it fills fast.

Have had this unit 6 weeks and it has performed admirably without any problems during a very wet summer. Keeps the unfinished basement livable without any musty damp basement conditions as when we moved into this house.

Works good, more quiet than I expected. Doesn't seem to get too warm even after running constant for quite a while. I went with direct discharge into sump pit so I don't have to worry about emptying the small attached water bin; uses standard garden hose fitting.

We have a vented but unairconditioned basement saferoom. Following an abnormally wet spring, we'd been unable to get the humidity below 85%, which is at least 25% too high for sensitive guns and ammo. The Frigidaire FFAD5033R1 dehumidifier got it down to within acceptable range in one day and has kept it at 54% consistently without breaking a sweat (pun intended). We don't have a floor drain, so keeping an eye on the collection bucket every couple of days is a must - it automatically shuts-down when the bucket is full, as advertized. The only downside is our closed saferoom retains the heat this dehumidifier generates, which cancels the natural coolness of a subterranean space. But I surely sleep better at night knowing my powder is being kept dry.

It's amazing how much water is pulled up even when you think your basement is not that damp. Good size (50 pt) for a smaller area. Easy to move around & empty.

I try to read as many reviews as I can and they all said the same thing, this is a great product for a 3000sf basement. It works great and it's very quiet.

This product is great! I have had it running for about 1 month and it is much better than my old dehumidifier. It meets all of the specifications I was looking for. It is very quiet and works very efficiently.

Not too big to handle, but 50 pint capacity.. I just plugged it in & it started right up & is quite quiet. Attached a drain hose so I don't even have to go downstairs to empty it.!

This dehumidifier definitely does its job and is very quiet. Husband has to empty it almost every other day. Our other one, that lasted 10 years, was the same brand and this is a great replacement.

This is Frigidaire's new model. The humidity gauge in this model is much better than in the older models. It is easy to use and effective. The only drawback is that the bucket or reservoir is pretty small and needs to emptied often.

It is very quiet and efficient. There appears to be no way to clean the bucket and mold appears to be developing.

Bought this after my last one went bad. It does what I need it to which is pull the humidity out of the air. I wish I had been able to see a floor model as the water collection bucket is a bit smaller than my last machine, which means I have to empty it twice a day. Which I don't mind doing, but it is irritating when it stops before I get home. My house is rather damp in the spring/summer so the machine runs 24/7.

This is a quick and relatively quiet dehumidifier. I have it in my basement (in New York) and even in November, it pulled a full bucket each 1-2 days. It does draw quite a bit of power, though. I can't compare to other units.

Bought this unit to replace an older unit. The price was good and the quality of the dehumidifier was excellent. Works hard and did the job this very humid summer.

Works well, reasonably quiet, and for a dehumidifier, its a nice looking unit. Its been running almost nonstop since I bought it four weeks ago, no problems at all, easy controls.
